Jio is currently providing very poor service as compared to the time they just came into the market. If you have a sim issue theres no sim available in any of the Jio galleries. They say come within 2-3 days but after that also its not available causing too much inconvenience for the customer.

Ali bhai from samsung team at store treats the customer super well.

Only issue that they cant help all the people at the same time due to pandemic and urge people to stay in line and wait for their turn for any purchase of product or issue. Staff is very helpful

The staff is not supportive... they cannot give proper information to the customers. You should educate your staff first. They should have enough knowledge and information about the related problem. they harass the customer by calling them again and again for the same work.....very upset with this perticular location.

I made an error and recharged my JIO SIM that I use in my Smart Phone with a wrong recharge amount , ₹ 297 /- . It is a recharge pack for JIO Phones ( the black basic feature phone ) .However , to use my SIM on the Android Phone , the representatives here had to either reset or renew it . The task was well executed by them and Im back online .Unlike other service providers , they took the extra pain to bring the service back for my phone instead of just shrugging off the responsibility . Im happy with the experience and want to warn my fellow JIO users to be careful beforehand and recharge the correct pack for it may cause a deadlock on your phone and you may also have to resort to a visit to the JIO Digital Store .

Worst Reliance digital express outlet. The workers have no respect for customers. They work as if they dont get a salary. I would not recommend anyone to go there , not even for Jio.

You can get all the Jio related products here, You can also get your existing sim changed here if you are facing some issues with it through the process of e-KYC. But the only problem is the staff here is little slow in terms of service.
