I bought a pair of Converse shoes. Despite COVID and the fact that they are from another country, I never had to wait long for them to arrive. They arrived two weeks after I placed my purchase. Theyre precisely what I expected and, as always, of excellent quality. The shoes are usually good quality and durable, and the customer service is superb, from newborns to adults.
Good staff and nice variety of canvas shoes
One of the few official converse stores in Mumbai. The staff is helpful and well informed. The only negative in my opinion is that theres just 1 trial room. It would be good to have one more so that customers dont end up waiting for trial.

Located inside phoenix marketcity.. the store is good but the staff is very mis managed. I went there when they had a sale but the salesman on the billing counter was not able to handle the billing load properly.
