Great place to shop all your jewelry. Have been going to Chintamanis since 10 years at least and we have never been disappointed. The designs are unique, location is prime, service is great and the staff is extremely courteous.

Quite old jewelry showroom at a very convenient location. Staff is very helpful, guide well for the selection as per the requirements of the clients. Almost all the ornaments have good options with many varieties. We required replacement of a small diamond from a ring which was bought from them, which they accepted promptly.

I loved it. The person who works there were very polite. Great ambiance. They have great and vast collection with new design and various varieties. Quality of the jewellery is good. They also come with different schemes and offers.

Prime locality but hardly any choice or collection available for ready sale... They encourage to select designs from books and book orders... Tentative waiting period for delivery is about 2 months... They did not even have stock of jewellery shown as available from their online store...

Excellent jewellery store!Chintamanis is a little gem in itself. Every piece of Jewellery at Chintamanis is beautiful and well crafted. It is my favorite place to shop Jewellery from. Friendly and helpful staff in no way pushy at all. You can spend hours in this jewellery shop!

Excellent place to buy jewelery for every occasion. They have a wide range of variety in daily , office, party and wedding jewellery. I ve been their customer for over a decade and am very happy with the quality variety and after sales services.

Conveniently located and good customer service. They have a good mix of contemporary and traditional designs in gold , polki and diamond jewellery .

The shop collection is really very good and the staff is friendly.However during billing, I was billed 1.5 grams extra. Also the ear rings in the bill were not added.This is sheer negligence on behalf of the staff And while I appreciate their efforts for the redressal, it got noticed as i checked. Some customers might not check the bill and just pay the amount at face value.

Had an amazing experience when off lately I went to purchase jewellery. I had visited the Prabhadevi store which is huge and widely spread. They have amazing collection, very courteous staff. Overall a very good experience and will surely recommend to my family!!

I purchased jewelleries since 2003, out of which one diamond 1.08 carrot purchased for Rs 3 lakhs was valued at only 3.27 lakhs on 2-03-2019 after 16 years, which I felt cheated.Moreover when I somehow sold this diamond along with some other gold jewellery at their price, I was given 7 post-dated cheques dt 7-03-19 to 14-03-19.The 1st cheque got dishonoured & sms of Bank was received accordingly, when this fact was brought to staff knowledge at 6pm in the evening, nobody responsible could answer nor could anybody disclose Chintamani, the owner’s contact number.This is the way Chintamanis are behaving with their customers. I am doubtful whether they will honour sales valued cheque’s worth more than Rs 7 lakhs, which in turn will affect my future commitments.Will anybody answer through this platform ?

Variety was less but then I reached post Deepawali. Quality is good. Behaviour excellent.

The quote very less making charges and ask you to pay advance, when you are collecting the jewelry, the inflate it to 30 percent making charge, after which they settle at about 22 percentThe same for jewelry, they inflate the prices and then pretend to give you a discount. But if you compare to other stores it is still expensive. which is why i will stick to Tanishq.You think you are buying from a brand so you can trust them, but that is not true.Very rude staff, quite humiliated when I raised the issue of the chargesThis store once had quite a collection, and was always crowded, now you will be the only one in the store at most times. Shows the quality degradation
