Very nice experience and very good service by their team. They have shown really great collection for engagement/wedding.It will be awesome if they be flexible for their rates. Otherwise experiment is good and also the sales guys are good and helpful to select you the right thing.

Sad sales service ( talking over the phone whilst showing dresses), fake assurances and zero customer satisfaction. What is the whole point of having a good collection when your after sales service is next to zero. They never follow the deadline given. Alteration is pathetic. Not a word of sorry for not meeting up the customer satisfaction. Forget compensation. Infact provided stupid excuses for the ill-fitting alterations .Got fooled twice. Never again. No wonder online shopping is picking up these days.

Be careful about the fitting before buying stuff from here! Their after sales service is pathetic! Had a very bad experience, not once but twice! They screwed up the fitting of my dress and we literally had to follow up for 2months and escalate the issue to the store manager to get it replaced! The staff simply doesnt bother about getting the fitting right once a dress is sold.. Collection is very okayish and quality is average!

It was worst experience ever. Sales man showed us only 2 dress then we have asked for designer collection then he said we don’t have much dress we have only this dress only. Worst experience ever. Guys you should never visit bawaree.

Really nice Indian clothes for women.

The location is supreme here . It is on SV road just before a prominent signal.Parking is a challenge here . Product variety and collection is not. You can get all you want for men and women for party as well as ceremony wear. The pricing looks a little premium compared to the rest of the market but then, this is a huge store with alot of product variety. Ethnic to modern wear to contemporary, you can find it all under one roof at multiple floors though. For parking , go to The Mall which is 100 m from there

Malad bawree is not that great... Dont have great collection... Better visit santacruz one

M from Gujarat...I did shopping for my marriage from bawree...the salesman was good...service was good...but at that time my aunty make the bill on her name...that shopping was mine...I have the bill...still they dont help me...I want that bill for proof for our marriage...I request them...made call for 2-3 times....they are not helping me...I want that bill on my name...m requesting to the manager of bawree to help me as soon as possible.

Worst Salesman I have ever come across in my entire life..I thought BAWREE is a brand, but there was only 1 SHERWANI for groom in the whole showroom...I would rather suggest Arvind Khatri or Pagli in Borivali..

Had 7 trips for a single dress. And the dress was not branded by Bawree or else name as lable was cut from back and removed.They lost the sleeves initally then duppata while packing. When I asked for sleeves they promised will give whenever I need but when I came for sleeves they denied and salesman excuses that the pattern doesnt have sleeves. Are they think we are fools or what? Required some loud voice to get it done and hugeeeeeeeeee patience to get delivery.Made me seriously Bawree...!!*Not value for money guys....*Unnecessary time consuming...*Initially good service and best marketing tactics...*Seen one customer literally bagging to get his product done....*Purchase if have excess waste money

You will get varieties however its highly priced. Same material can be purchased at much cheaper rate in front of malad Station

Poor Service experience at Malad store, Sales Manager was Unprofessional as we did not buy what he.suggested and bought 2 outfits which I liked. He.purposely did not let me buy.the.3rd outfit or my choice.stating it.cannot be altered. So bad I hope they learn havdle customers

Very good location near Malad railway station and on the SV ROAD. It has various branches, main branch is in santacruz on SV ROAD. It is expensive but has good variations in design and cloth material, staff is also co-operative. I would highly recommend for bridal wear but also check other stores like kala kruti
