Have been a regular customer at aari and have shopped for a considerable lot since years. Only on our last visit did we leave the store without buying anything since we couldnt find what we needed. Since the last time we didnt buy anything, the complete demeanor of the staff changed towards us, with one particular salesman asking me and my family to get up so that he could entertain the customers after us. He also told us, your taste is tough to find and that you can walk around, if you like something we can show you otherwise ..... (Implying that he cannot entertain us)Just informing the sales staff it is completely NORMAL and OKAY to sometimes not find the thing youre looking for at a store and that if someone is coming from Nashik to shop, we arent there to window shop/waste your time.Extremely disappointed

We went this place yesterday, they have good variety of silk sarees.. however the same needs to upgrade basis new changes in the market.. we being regular buyer of the silk based sarees, my family couldnt find single piece suitable to them.. therefore we didnt buy anything.. however the sales executive was showing his displeasure and that something we didnt like at all..

Ladies wear always needs resizing and it is not possible to pick up a garment immediately on selection. These guys dont give home delivery and we have to get the product picked up by courier or self collect which is a big problem unlike other garment retailers who deliver purchase at home. If you are not staying nearby select some other place for your shopping..

The most expensive shop. This shop cheats customer. They give 10% disc and charge 12% GST that too without bill. When asked for bill they give excuses. I am complaining in GST department for it. Other than that the owner is very rude and disrespectful as if there is only his shop in entire mumbai.I strongly recommend not to buy from this cheating shop.

One of the worst post-sales customer experience. From customer is the king to treating the customer like some beggar after receiving the advance payment. After paying 75K for a lehenga, I was shocked that they want to separately charge for courier. Bad finishing and tailoring.Wouldnt recommend this place just based on the horrible customer service.

Giving one star as there is no option to give negative rating. Aari has great collection but no customer service once you buy the dresses. They will treat u royally wen u go to buy and once the goods are bought and wen u go for delivery they won’t even treat u well. They dnt allow to take pictures while trail (which I totally understand is the policy of the store) Bt totally change the outfit while delivery. The same incident happened where they changed the outfit at the time of delivery but luckily i had the picture of the trial outfit, still it took them long to accept their mistake.NOT WORTH THE PRICE AND THIRD GRADE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANY BETTER PLACES WHICH JUSTIFY THE WORTH
