Wildcraft is a very good Indian Brand, I really loved this brand when it first launched but nowadays with the Decathlon coming to India, Wildcraft seems overpriced and little caught behind in time and designs.

Working like govt dept. Staffs shop leaving timings are more imp for them than the customer standing at the door. During my last visit, door was closed on customers face at 5 pm. the other shops in same market were open upto 7 pm.

3 Star rating only due to extremely supportive staff at the showroom.I bought a rain jacket (their best one) in june 19 worth Rs.3,699/-.5The product/ model was faulty and had to replace it thrice.Finally i returned it and asked for refund for which the company gave me equivalent vouchers with a validity of just 1.5 months.Wildcraft this is pathetic....i did not have any requirement and yet i had to purchase a duffle bag from your store else my voucher would have got wasted.

I bought a bag, bottle and a rain cover from there. The back is in very nice condition and the quality is very good during rain I got totally wet with the bag and I thought the things inside the bag were wet too but when I checked it was all dry. So that tells me that the bag is water proof. Similarly I used the bottle, but the quality of the bottle water not great. Only once it had fallen and the cap broke. So I think they are good for bags.

The quality of the product is very good no doubt about that... But the staff... They try to cheat on you (not all) there wer discount going on but the guy denied to give that saying its not on this product.. So I called the main office and they said that they do have the discount on same product. So I eventually purchased the same shoe with discount ... But he took my 1hours denying, and he was not even ready to check it... Though I was showing him the message. That was a total disappointment for me.

Very bad customer care people dont even answer calls if we need any details. I have given my bad for service its been more then 15 days but I have not received a single call from the bandra Branch for about receiving a call they dont even answer the calls zero I I would really rate yall zero

Wildcraft is a well know brand worldwide this is the original wildcraft store u can find every wildcraft items starting from tents,backpacks,shoes ,sleeping bags etc. The customer service is great and you could find products that are having affordable prices. They also provides great offers during festive seasons.

The varities on display and options are horrible compared to Indranagar Bangalore if they play with the price of the product then they lose the plot

Very unprofessional staff.. selected a bag and asked for a free rain cover for it the guy told need to check and was no where to see for more than 10 min.. when came back informed that have to pay 99 extra for the cover.. at the counter have to wait for the lady to process invoice when she came the system was not working and also told that the rain cover is for 247 and not 99 as informed earlier coz the offer was not available with the bag selected so why the hell you told me earlier that its available.. she gave me manual bill... I gave my card to charge and it took again 10 min to process and got declined... put the bag on the counter and left the store after half hr without any purchase...

Quality Products But expensive compared to Decathlon. I Liked the varities in Bags they had. However, if you are looking for Dry Fit clothes or warmers, the variety is little less, go for Decathlon insted.

This place is primarily to purchase gear and accesories for trekking and other outdoor-based activities. Shoes, windcheaters, gloves, all kinds of clothing (barring innerwears), they have it...weather-proofed and all...slightly costly,but worth every rupee spent !

I had purchased a wiki wildcraft bag in 2016(or 2015) from a store at andheri west. it carried a 5 year warranty.the bag had significant wear and tear over the years. but in 2018 the zip started giving me some trouble.The andheri outlet had shut. they had shifted to andheri east.On contacting them they said they they dont deal with wildcraft anymore.i visited this bandra outlet. they said the zip is covered under warranty but because of the wear and tear i would be charged. i requestd them to repair whatever was covered under warranty and the remaining repairs i would get done myselfi was told i would receive a call when the bag was readymore than a month later i remembered i had to collect the bag.(they had not called me )but the bag was repaired completely. as good as new.really appreciate it

Quite an extensive collection of outdoor gear. Their Hypadry collection is pretty much the best rainwear you can buy.Not too expensive either.
