Ryder Cycle offers good collection of cycles for all age group. They have cycles of almost all known brands like Hero, Kross, Foxter, Ninety One, Schnaell, Ninety One, etc.I was looking one for my kid and after visiting many cycle shops, we finally decided to purchase it from Ryder. They offered best discounted price and more than that, the staff is very supportive and cooperative especially Mr. Pramod.They also offer an annual service pass at very nominal fee of 1000 rs with benefits worth more than the fee itself.Overall I had good experience with Ryder Cycle.

Im changing this review from a 1 star to 5 star with these laudable reasons. Just one suggestion - Need improvement on soft skills and assurances so that it doesnt create misunderstanding.Im really happy and I would like to appreciate the way my concerns were addressed and the misunderstanding was cleared and have been assured to have my concerns taken care of.This was pretty quick response and a extra star is for Mr. Mouzzam who owned this complaint and assured to take care of the issues I had. The point is the reviews are read and are also heard which is a true sign of great brand who believes in customer service. Kudos to Mr. Mouzzam!! and Team Ryder Cycles.

Great collection, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Discounts are also pretty good and they promise solid after sales support (which I am yet to try so more to come)

Worst sale services ever. The sales person cant remember the price tag of 1 particular cycle. They keep on varying the prices and dont stick on a single price for a single cycle. The coordination between the sales person in the shop is worst. Didnt lived up to the sales service as expected. Worst experience in purchasing a prodyct.
