Must admit that Riders is by far the best cycle store in Mumbai. This is my second Firefox bike from Riders and I’m very happy with the service. Oman, and Siro have been very nice.

Team Riders is, objectively speaking, made up of the best, the most competent and the most intuitive human beings when it comes to bicycle knowledge and customer service in the Western Mumbai area. They will guide you well regarding your bike purchase and will always look after your needs first. In my experience of over ten years of riding bicycles, I have never come across such a hands-on group of professionals who will always be there to help you with whatever it is you might need assistance for. Speaking of the kind of collection that they have when it comes to two wheelers and four-wheelers for toddlers, their arsenal of the same is simply exquisite, to say the least. I was personally in awe of all that team Riders had on offer. Truth be told, it made me wonder as to where were these guys when I was 10-12 years old and wanted the kind of vehicles that these guys have on offer. What Riders offers, in terms of products as well as services, is a dream come true for each and every individual who wants to get behind a pair of wheels that they can control with shifters or electricity. Thank you Team Riders for being so prompt about everything and even going out of your way and comfort zones to make sure that the riding experience for customers like us is a smooth and buttery ones. Whoever is reading this review, they absolutely must take a look at all the bikes, scooters, mo-ped like vehicles and mini four-wheelers that these people can satisfy your vehicular needs with.

A great place for choosing from a variety of cycles. Helpful courteous staff who patiently assist you and address your queries. The owner (Sameer) too is involved & pitches in to satisfy customer needs.Overall a Pleasant sales experience. Hope, if & when required, the after sales visit wud meet expectations.

The shop offers 1 year of free servicing including cleaning, puncture repair, oiling.The cycle frame, tyres and gear mechanism are good and sturdy (Firefox Road Rider v. 2015). As a hybrid it is a good, smooth cycle that stood up well on long road rides of 50+ km (300 km in a week) and a bit of rocky off-roading too at Aarey Colony.Cycle seat had an issue, which was replaced under warranty. Though there were delays from the company, as the piece was out of stock, the owner followed up with them and offered replacement service directly at the shop.

The best service so far.Ofcourse , post lockdown we decided to purchase a cycle .I had heard about Riders from my brother and decided to pay them a visit.Big shout out to Sameer, he was extremely kind and so honest about the his advice. I have ligament Tears in both my knees , therefore a RIGID fork cycle was suggested by him and my doctor.The service provided by the owner was top notch , he made sure that the fittings ( seat , handle bar , etc adjustments) were best suited for me .Thank you , this is the 3rd cycle we got from him in a span of 90 days .Good variety of cycles, humble staff and best after sales service. I dont think it can get any better.Just close your eyes , they are extremely trustworthy .Thank you once again Sameer and Niloufer.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CYCLE,THEY BEHAVE VERY RUDELY.I TOOK A FOLDABLE CYCLE AND NOW ITS NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS ITS HAVING SO MUCH SERVICING THAT WHEN I GO TO SERVICE THEY PHIR AAGAYA YAAR,I TOLD THEM TO FILL THE AIR IN THE TYRE THEY TELL KHUD HE KARLO,I HAD CHANGED ITS GEARS AND THEY BROKE,CYCLE STAND ALSO,ITS GETTING SO MUCH OF JUNK,ITS STICKERS HAVE TOTALY FALLEN OFF,MY EVER I RIDE A BIT FAST SOMETHING BREAKS.ON THE FIRST DAY I TOOK ITS PEDAL ONLY FELLED OFF AND THEY SAID NAYA LAGANA PADEGA.AND I SAY EK SAAL KI FREE SERVICE HA LAGA DO L,THEY SAY NAHI PAISA LAGEGA,NEVER GIVE MONEY TO THEM.

Very bad place to get services done for ur cycle......the staff is very ignorant when it comes to replacement of bicycle parts.My cycle had cracked rims so I asked riders to replace my bicycle rim and they said itll get done within a week and it took them an entire month to give me my cycle back.......and whats worse, the rim which they installed was interfering with the chainstays of the cycle and when I took the bicycle back they told me we cant do anything about it..

The entire team at Riders provides a really good customer service support.. Especially Sameer whos really cooperative and belives in hearing out the customer complaints and resolving them..I really appreciate the way they handle customer queries and provide after sales service to all the customers..Really dont regret my decision of walking into riders and riding a Riders Bike today ! Appreciate all the service support provided by them !

Excellent for aftersales and maintenance too. Like most shops currently facing a shortage of tyres like high performance tyres and tubes like Bontrager , Kenda etc. Has Indian substitutes though in stock until the supply bottleneck is cleared. Best to check on call for your requirements beforehand. Choose a weekday over a weekend for servicing to beat the crowd. Service completion stands at 2-3 days given the pent up demand.

Even though I did not buy anything they were very helpful and answered all the queries specially Sandeep . In 2 days I have been to mostly all the retailers in western line as shown in Google maps but I must say these fellows were very polite ,jolly and honest. I would recommend check them out.

I needed to hv my hybrid cycle serviced & tyres replaced. I visited Riders from where I’d purchased a cycle for my child earlier. Though they were extremely busy with many prospective buyers, they asked me to leave my cycle for a day. Their team of experienced workmen diagnosed the issues I was facing, corrected them & independently kept me posted on the work & status. Collected my bike as per schedule, as smoothe as new.

Great service. The owners were very helpful and accommodating and managed to find us the perfect bike to our needs :)Stayed beyond closing time to help us, and even have us their last available lock, which actually belonged to the owner himself! Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Would definitely recommend them for any cyclists in the area!

Terrible service. Have been trying to get my cycle serviced form these guys for 3 months now abd each time they simply give the excuse that their technician isn’t available. They also don’t carry spares for cycles they sell. Generally also they don’t care about basic customer service. Best avoided at all costs

Riders provides worst service inspite of cycle in warranty thy r not ready to provide service as both breaks r not working n we requested dm n no.of times agreed to pay amount also as their home visit charges or any other charges also if any. Good shop to find a big array of bicycles for all ages. Helpful and friendly staff but the business owner needs to be a bit more friendly. All over the place place is good for guidance from the staff and helpful in choosing the right bicycle, which is not the case with online shopping, where I wasted almost a month trying to figure out the best suited cycle. But just 2 visits to Riders and a few trials, helped me to make up my mind.

The best and fully equipped cycle shop i have ever come across... they have/ keep maximum variety of cycles. The owner Mr. Sameer himself is glued on the business and is extremely sincere, honest to his customers. My experience always have been super amazing in terms of the services provided by his brand & prompt action. his team who handle service/ repairs etc know their job extremely well.... great work team riders ... cheers

Excellent range of cycles, the owner is very rude and easily irritable. He lacks patience. So its like you see 3-4 cycles and hes like OK now tell me fast which one you want to buy. He feels asking options or about the specifications of the cycles is an offense... I am definitely not buying my next bicycle or my daughters bicycle from here... There are better options to go to... For display and product range excellent, for customer service ridiculous. My 3 star rating is only for the product range...but you can actually get it at other places also... Riders is definitely at put off.. They will soon ride out of business...

Excellent service very helpful staff

Reasonably well trained staff, good place to get your bicycle serviced. Work done is satisfactory, but nothing special. Much better than the stand-alone cycle stores nearby who service an BSA, a Firefox or a BMW with the same approach. However, 2 out of 3 times they failed to complete my service in the time promised and made me wait an extra day.I found the manager friendly and responsive, but the staff comes across as a bit aloof.Overall, there is a lot of scope for improvement, especially in the manner they deal with a customer and an enthusiast.

The store has a wide range of amazing cycles of different brands for different age groups. I brought Firefox Momentum from here and I am a very happy and satisfied customer.The staff was very courteous. They were also quick in delivering the purchase at my place. Bought a car for my son 7mnths ago from riders...for some reason remote of It wasnt working n horn sounds were not working.i gave it to repair and expected a huge bill but they charged me jus 120rupee for some little part they replaced .I was amazed at the bill n their honesty.i would like to thank them for such honest services.

The shop has a great variety of cycles for all ages and also toy cars for kids. The service and overall shopping experience is very good. The staff is very friendly and this shop is a welcome change compared to the other cycle shops in and around Andheri.

I got a Firefox road runner pro D from Riders. The owner Mr. Sameer shared his experience and helped me choose the right cycle. The models I was looking for was unavailable at that time. Without any delay he placed orders for the 3 models I had shortlisted and I could try them within a weeks time. The best thing I feel is they also provide free service for first year.I have read some reviews here but in my experience the owner Mr. Sameer and the staff both have been helpful and polite in all the interactions I have had so far. I have visited the store twice for after sales service and am satisfied with the service standards. The owner also promptly assisted me in obtaining a free replacement saddle within warranty as the original saddle had some issues. Overall I recommend the store as it has multiple choice and the staff has been courteous and helpful.

Ridiculous aftersale services.. don’t trust whatever they say about aftersale service to you on floor.think twice before you purchase anything from them..One star I had given them consider it as negative star rating.

The worst after sale service.The owner .. Not the old man but his son.. He thinks as if he is the most superior person on earth.. At the gime of sale he wil share all his knowledge abt the product.. With the careless attitude.. But the real game is after sale. They attract customer saying u get 1 year free servicing.. But when u go for service u r treated as if u r going to ur boss. N we have to do as per wat he wants..So just a msg to the owner.. U will fall down soon if u carry the same attitude

Though they have a lot of variety and hi end bikes and electric bikes for kids...the service and commitment is not upto the mark, had bought a BMW electronic bike for my child and had asked them to replace the BMW stickers as the pasting was off and they were falling off, so they assured me a new bike wd be sent and that this one was only for display ..I asked them to deliver it to my address, for which they charged, but they sent the same bike with the same wrecked stickers and then on reminding them of their assurance..d response was lamePlease dont buy from it from here, prices are higher in this store... And it seems they are doing us a favor by selling their product..

Very good shop to get the bicycle of your wish. They had large collection of bicycles and cars for kids.

There are more shops and much more courteous people from whom you can buy bikes, cycles, ride ons. I surely don’t recommend this place as the owner is so rude, so rude (yes I have written it twice) that he thinks he is the only guy selling this in mumbai. He will actually tell you “China se jaake le Lo”.Step in here if you want your self respect to be put to the ground. As for products they are so steeply prices it looks like jewellery is being sold there.
