Had stayed in one of the corner club category room. Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed, clean & hygienic rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast menu. would recommend to family & friends.

Its a nice place in a residential area, doesnt feel like we are staying in a hotel.Over priced for the size of the room, ofcourse Mumbai and Andheri.Food should be given negative review. DO NOT EAT IN THE HOTEL, instead order from swiggy or walk down to McDonalds which is 3mins walk. Food at hotel is also costly.Rooms are small, congested but depends on your luck. There is no view from on side of the hotel as shown in the pictures.Manager and staff are really friendly. But very commercial and money minded.Suggestion : Book a room from Goibibo for discounts, it is very costly if you directly go.I had good stay but little expensive one.

Nice spacious rooms with good storage shelves.Beds are comfortable and clean linens.AC was just cooling but was under performing.Clean place. This place Got a in house restaurant.Staff cordial and helpful.Pricing is competitive.Location is very ideal accessing industrial areas and central suburban Bombay. Airport is within 25+mins distance.Advice:Toilet & room are good but can be better maintained as below:Normal cold water pressure was very low. Hot water was had 10x more pressure than cold.Pest control a must as found a bug found & killed near my shoes.AC service required as it should have cooled better at 22deg.

Be sure to carry marriage certificate or atleast a marriage photograph If your spouse has not changed her address or surname after marriage. For the price tag this is below average stay experience, Room cleanliness is good, cleanliness for towels and bedspread provided is somewhat average. You may need to request for tissue papers and towels because for us it was not provided. The complementary breakfast was good. Hotel is in close proximity to the airport and you would find it fairly ease to get cabs for your commute. There are some good restaurants nearby as well incase you prefer to eat out. If you plan to stay here with family you may not find it very convenient, but if you just need a place to fresh up and sleep for any short stay in the city this may work.

Stayed at the Tim Grand on a business trip. The room was fine although wifi was dodgy. The staff are really helpful and food in the restaurant was lovely. An oasis of calm in the madness of industrial Mumbai and so quiet, perfect.

Nice hotel. But at this price better Hotels are available. Rooms were nit that clean, hotel lack basic amenities like Gym etc. But nice hitel for 1 - 2 night stay

First of all this place is a bit hard to find. But then with maps you can always do that easily. Good service by the front desk staff. Faster service and well maintained place. Free wifi- but it is a bit slow and doesn’t work sometime. Complimentary breakfast is good and they even serve you the dishes you need at no extra cost. If you are looking for a place for a week stay then I would recommend this for sure. You have many briyani shops, Dominos, McD nearby. Also all the major locations are near from here. Book OLA auto it’s cheap and you get one so fast without any wait time.

Good Business hotel. Food is really awesome. Centralised Hotel at the heart of the city. Also the airport is very much nearer. Hotel staff was friendly and can be reached at any point of time irrespective of time and they are readily available at each point of time. Whenever you are in need of. So whenever there is any need of hour in business you can stay over here.

Hotel was in a decent location. the rooms were kind of not so new. The food was decent.... Would recommend for business travelers for a one or two night stay if you have work in and around Andheri. the rooms couldve been better for the price range.

Worst experience...Receptionist tries to avoid card payment by saying machine not working..Asks for cash...Then says Printer not working...wasted 30 mins for checking out....Bad room quality...Dont book your stay here

Staff is awesome, rooms are a little small, but surely good enough by Mumbai standards. Location is the main advantage for business travellers!

There is no amenities like intercom phones and wifi connected. We are professionals and always connected for easy access. No phones signals inside the rooms. AC is running with auto noise. Totally disappointed and not worth for 3500 + tax.

Stayed at Tim Grand for two long weeks in Jan 2018. Initially the experience was bad with not so clean rooms, dirty towels, no hot water. Later on it improved a bit with better quality towels and hot water. The breakfast is decent. The kitchen is a mess; dont look in. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Overall a mixed experience.

No power backup so we had to stay there till the electricity came up. Rooms are good and spacious and well priced too

The room is pretty good but location is not very convenient. Its not right on road . We reached at around 10pm and we wanted to order dinner but they had limited options. They said we can take buffet but works out little expensive for 3 of us. But going out was little inconvenient.

This is meant only for those who dont wish for extra hotel amenities like gym, swimming pool, recreation centre etc. The rooms with double bed are spacious and nice. Food at the restaurant in the hotel is 2/5. There isnt much space in the hotel to relax or sit.

I reached at the late night by 2pm, the reception was good. But had a discomfort in bathing, the shower didnt work at the morning and there was none at reception to address.
