Just ok

Very old and dusty. Food is good but the rooms and geysers are not in a good condition. There are other guest houses in Mumbai, I suggest you try somewhere else.

This guest house is primarily meant for DRDO, (Ministry of Defence) officers and their families. The guest house is in very bad shape with stinky rooms. The upholstery is very old and worn out. it is pretty cheap for govt officers and not meant for local public.

Not a good place to live with family,Imagine No AC in summers just besides mumbai Beach in a closed glass box..Recommend not to stay unless u have no other option..

Ekdum third class, plz make other arrangements instead of staying here, untrained staff dirty rooms, dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms, bakwaas food, fan, light dont work and be careful of belongings. Please avoid this third class place.

Extremely poor in maintenance. The toilets are not good. Smells very bad. The rooms are not clean. Either There are no power sockets in one room or the washrooms stink or the toilets dont have a flush ! Extremely poor ! Not even one star if you are asking me !
