Went to the Store Yesterday and ordered Medicines the person at the store told me It will be delivered at 6pm in the evening. I waited till 6pm but these people did Not turn up. Today Again I Called Nobel and reminded them again the Lady said m sending the Delivery Guy Right away But after few Mins they call back n Say the some tables r not available. Is this The way these people Treat their customers.... Very Disappointed By this

Unprofessional Staff, they cant read Doctors Prescription and take 15 to 25 minutes they are searching for medicine. They not maintain Medicine stock

Ordered a Medicine at 11pm. Didn’t get delivered for over an hour. No one picking up the phone. When i reached and questioned , staff was very rude and unprofessional. They need to improve their night services and upfront tell customers if delivery boys are unavailable/busy. This was at the prabhadevi branch

Worst Staff,Ordered medicine for which the guy came after 2 hours 40 min.As well as no discount was given and when called them they told your buying medicines reaches Rs 3000/- you start getting discount .

Nobel medical at Prabhadevi.. .Ur staff is just busy with the orders on the phone. .They dont attend the customer who comes personally for medicines.... Ridiculous to say this is happened with us for 3-4 time.. Whoever is responsible Pls look into this.

If you are in urgent need of a medicine at 11pm at night, dont visit to this shop at Prabhadevi, they never have the medicines you require. They have stock of imported chocolates n Ice-creams but not your medicines. They have 5-6 counter staff standing behind the counters but they will ignore you, they are least bothered about the customers.

24 hr medical in Worli, Prabhadevi near century bazar, they are also have a subscription policy using which you will get discount on the medicine, home delivery also available but its not that quick but you will get most of the medicine, over all services is good, accepting card payments

Service is really bad as if you place the order around 9pm in the night you receive the medicine around 12 am which is not right. They really need to work on their services.

Medicine Stock availability is excellent.. staff over here is helpful..
