First off, the location of this place was amazing, very near to Marine Drive. Secondly, the ambience of the place was really nice, they had such nice quotes written all over. They offered comfortable seatings wherein groups can come and enjoy as they offer so many board games as well. Further, the food here was just amazing(pizza and potato pockets). It was so filling as well. The staff was cordial and the place is on zomato pro as well!

The ambience and environment is good. If you are book lovers you can get a drink, pick a book from their collection and read while you drink. It is a quiet and cozy bar. You can take your family out for a drink.The food however is something I cannot vouch for. I had ordered a peperoni pizza and it was very bland. None of the spicyness of different peppers were there. After that we did not stay for long.It looks a bit over expensive just because of the location and drinks menu. Also they have a very complicated menu. Really hard to understand.

The ambience is amazing with a wide variety of drinks. In terms of food the Chinese options are good but my 4 cheese pasta lacked seasoning and tasted pretty much like white sauce pasta.Its a bit on the expensive side with very less quantity. The service though is quite good.Hence the 3 stars.

Mockingbird Cafe & Bar.Located just few minutes away from Churchgate station, this is a perfect place to have lunch or dinner with your family or friends. The place is huge and the ambience here is also good and amazing.They have a vast menu with plenty of options one can try in both drinks and food. The quality of food served here was just amazing and is made using the freshest ingredients available in the market. We tried few drinks and food from their menu and each every thing was ordered was very delicious and drinks were refreshing.The service here is also quick and the staff is good, quite suggestive in regards of which drink of food you should order. Our captain Mr. Parwez was perfect host, great hospitality.Overall, It is a perfect place to visit, which serves lip smacking food and refreshing drinks. They do not leave any stones unturned in providing you an unbelievable experience in terms of food and service. The prices are also not too high, they are average.

Nice environment quite motivational quotes all around

The lamb steak was juicy and really filled with spices which got my mouth to blast into so many different places, where the sauce and the mashed potato got the light and basic flavour to devour the blast into my mouth. The mocktails were amazing as the mango punch was so light but yet strong to taste. We love the mocktail dark invader. The cheesecake was so soft and delicious.

The cafe is spacious and has a small library, as well as a wide range of board games.Heres what we tried:Mexican beans and paneer tacos served with salsa and sour cream- The paneer was well cooked, however- the mexican beans were added in greater quantity, which took away from the overall taste.🌮Open cheese chicken baguette- Absolutely loved this dish. The chicken and the cheese were perfectly blended, and cooked to perfection.🥖Mac and cheese deep dish pizza- Piping hot mac and cheese served in a deep dish pizza. The dish was cheesy and extremely filling.🍕Dark chocolate swiss roll berry compote- Ending the meal on a perfect note. The Swiss roll was fresh and served hot. It was rich in texture and the berry compote tasted delicious! 🥧Head over to Mockingbird for a perfect chill evening.

We had been here on a Friday evening. But as expected, the place was full. After a 30 min wait, managed to get a table for five of us. The food and bar menu is short but with good and varied options. The service was quick and the food was tasty. They have a good collection of board games to play while you wait for food or to keep the kids engaged.

Food and books are the best combination ever!! This is a cute cafe with a library and games. They serve you thing slowly while you enjoy a lazy time with your book or playing games with friends or family. We ordered chocolate freak shake, falafel wrap, baked and stuffed potatoes, penne arabiata, Mexican beans and paneer tacos, two mushroom pizza, hazelnut mousse and last exist of brooklyn and everything was absolutely amazing!!! Hummus in the falafel was smooth, pasta cooked to perfection and cheesy, starters were a delight and very filling. The best was their mushroom pizza. But the highlight was chocolate mousse with crispy base was absolutely delicious and a great end to our dinner here.

Freshening.Cafreal chicken skewers- Goan style Chicken which has a prominent taste of coriander served on the top of toasted buttery bread. The tempting smell of the coriander and the shades of green were making the dish look delicious and so its flavour.Anarcini Jalapeño Cheese- If you are unaware what anarcini is its a rice ball. A little healthy alternative to the all purpose flour. Jalapeño and mozzarella is deep fried along with rice with a golden brown crispy layer was nice. Great to order especially when you have kids along with you.Chilly garlic prawns- Strong lemongrass flavour was slightly overpowering the garlic flavour but the overall taste was great.Burmese Chicken noodles- The classic Burmese soup. Ive always loved coconut based currys or soups. This was divine too. The chicken was flavourful and the noodles were properly soaked in the delicious coconut soup. A must try.Garlic thyme chicken- Roasted to perfection and was served along with mashed potatoes flavoured with olives. Sauce too was made to perfection.Vanilla Pannacotta - This molded and chilled dessert is popular throughout the Italy is made up of sweet cream thickened with gelatin which makes it woobly.Surely Recommended.

Left late from office and wanted to go to a cozy place and I knew mocking bird was talk of the Town. Went in and was amazed with the ambience and the way they have put up sarcasm quotes.They have a spacious place with great bar and superb food options which is healthy as well. I am a social drinker and like to try new things and ordered Stella Artois and Corona Extra 🍺.They have great 🍕 options with gluten free type.The most romantic place to be if you have a partner and also for groupies.Solo wanderer will feel lost in isle of sarcasm and wittiness. They also have books to read as well.

Good place, good food, good ambience, courteous staff. However I feel the photos are a tad bit misleading, as I visited the place in the afternoon. Also we werent allowed to sit upstairs for some reason. Theres a bit of network connectivity issues inside the place. Also there seemed to be some trouble regarding the payment as I had to pay twice for it. However, I find the place very calm and well located which makes the experience worthwhile. Over-all: Good experience, probably worth visiting once a month.

Established in 2016, the cafe starts with breakfast and turns into restaurant by lunch and party place by evening.Mockingbird is easily traceable close to Churchgate station and takes a spacious lot to avoid any crunch in space. The cafe is divided into multiple seatings and depending on your mood, you can choose any.Food menu comprises of Italian and Continental and speaks a great volume. For starters, we had Mezze Platter, Spicy Cajun Prawns and Chimichurri Marinated Chicken Tikka With Garlic Aioli. For main course, we had Thai Chicken Curry With Steam Rice and Penne Alfredo With Four Cheese & Mushroom. The place has a good ambiance and provides a lot of table games and board games to play. But we went with kids and the food was very spicy with no warning about the same. Pasta was very oily. Hope the management understands peoples tolerance level with spice and indicates the same on the menu.

It was very sweet and at the same time spicy to taste. We would rate it as average.👉Jalapeno & cheese arancini- (Jain)Cheese stuffed rice ball coated with crumbled bread & deep fried. It was served on a bed of yogurt with salsa on top. A must try.MAINS👉Spiced peperonata pizza-Thin crust pizza topped mix peppers, capers , olives & broccoli as an extra addition. It was cheesy. The only thing is crust could have been little more crispier and the base sauce could be improved in terms of taste. Otherwise we totally loved it👉Spaghetti aglio olio- (Jain)When you see spaghetti made in Jain you just cant resist to order. Had it for the first time & totally loved it. Spaghetti was made with Olives, peppers , zucchini & basil. It was just perfect. Though Rahul missed his garlic in it.👉White Chocolate & mix berry cheesecake- ( eggless)This cheesecake was made with berries hence giving it a lovely purple color with shavings of white chocolate on top. It was soft & not that heavy to eat unlike the other cheesecake. A must try. The Blue berry syrup enhanced the taste of the cake.Overall in love with this place❤️❤️

This place thinks that they can look cool by knowing what millennials wants now a days! They have kept a sack of books on one corner, hung many posters quoting different things with the paper clip. But the food seemed costly to me and the service also wasnt that great!

They have good drinks and the mushrooms on toast was good too.The vibe is really nice, with good quotes hanging and books to read, nice and quiet place.But i found it a bit pricy.The service is good. Just wished it was a bit more pocket friendly.

A quaint, pretty cafe with delicious food and charming ambience. I went there on a Monday afternoon it was not much crowded with just 3-4 tables occupied. Its a large cafe.There are two floors and it has a well stocked bar. There are book shelves on the ground floor with the books from owners personal library. You can get yourself a cozy corner in this cafe and spend your afternoon reading a novel or working on your laptop. The attendants are very proactive and courteous with minimal interference and disturbance when you are engrossed in your work or reading. The quantity of food served is a lot.Though the cafe might seem to be overpriced but taking into consideration the ambience and all the other factors it wont pinch your pocket. Its proximity to Marine drive and churchgate station are also the plus points , it is located at 5 min walking distance from the mentioned locations and very easy to locate. The music played is soothing to the ears and not too loud to be disturbing. I spent a good three hours there and hoping to visit again real soon. The mocktails, desserts and Italian dishes are surely to dig in.

Mockingbird Cafe Bar is just a few mintues walk from the Churchgate station, quite nearby the marine drive. The ambience is serene and classy. I loved the playlist which was basically a mix of English classics and soft rock. The bar is nicely stocked and theres a mini library too, with loads of books and board games for you to indulge in. We ordered quite a few dishes and loved all of them.BBQ Chicken Wings: Hot, juicy and not too sweet. Exactly how I like it. Have it with red wine sangria. Yum!Chicken Momos: More like chicken dimsums. Nothing extraordinary.Grilled Seafood Skewers marinated in lemon garlic and chilly: Youll love it even if youre not a fan of seafood. Its served with sour cream which goes well with the soft lemon garlicky flavour.Mushroom and Spinach Ravioli caper lemon cream: They make the creamiest ravioli. Its a type of pasta stuffed with mushroom and spinach.Crispy, Creamy Chicken Cordon Bleu: Crispy chicken coated parma ham served with pepper cream sauce and crunchy sautéed broccoli and bell peppers on the side. One of the best and fulfilling main course here.White Chocolate and Mix Berry Cheesecake: Ended on a sweet note with this delicious white chocolate and berry cheesecake.Definitely gonna visit again and try out their deep dish pizzas next time!

Trendy upscale eatery .. stylish menu .. huge spacious interior .. its ambience is extremely classy .. cosy sitting .. smiling staff and a massive bar . Its not easy to notice this place from the street traffic . but if you want to spend some quality time with your friends or family , this is the place to go .. interesting salads and cocktails .. continental stuff is amazing .. no parking .. cards accepted ..main course is wholesome and tasty .

Located quite close to churchgate station, mocking bird cafe bar is a great place to spend some quality time with friends and family or with yourself. It is a heaven for book lovers as it has a library.The ambience is beautiful and the seating is really comfortable.The food and drinks are great.My favorite picks are virgin mojito, paneer chilli, chicken cordon bleu and flourless chocolate fudge with ice cream.The flourless chocolate fudge is a must try.Overall a great experience.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Visited Mockingbird Cafe Bar few days ago for dinner. I was super impressed with the service time. The ambiance is good with minimalistic decor, library books and games to enjoy during the meal.Coming to the food we orderedChocolate Freakshake - Thick creamy chocolate shake made well with fresh cream and KitKat on the top.Caesar salad- One of my favorite salad, so had to order this. It was made to perfection with iceberg, croutons, cheese, and chicken.Hummus Platter - Three types of Hummus served with crackers. I love the taste and texture. A must-try healthy option from the menu.Mac N Cheese Deep Dish - Wow! A perfect combination of Mac N cheese in a New York-style Deep Dish pizza form.Dhansak - Parsi cuisine is available at very limited places so looking at the menu we decided to try this. It was simply wow. Thick Dhanshak went so well with brown rice. The taste of fried onions was so prominent and enhanced the taste very much. Simply go for this.Hazelnut Mousse - Best dessert to end the meal on a sweet note. The super creamy texture of the chocolate mousse was simply yum.Overall I would rate this is a five star for the super quick service and the food. I would love to visit them again and try their other two options of Deep Dish next time. Highly recommended

When of the coolest place we visited in Churchgate area .Board games , books , great food and drinks . This place all about these four things which we loved the most .Our recommendations :Appetizers :Baked Mushrooms is definitely a must to have if you are a mushroom and cheese lover .Spiced corn and Jalapenos toasties with Four Cheese Sandwich was again all about flavours & went well along with my cocktail.Eggs Benedict :People fond of eggs shall definitely go for this without fail . This preparation really made our eve delightful.Stone baked Pizza :Thin crust pizza full of exotic Veggies and cheese . A complete package of lovely food, amazing drinks, cosy Ambiance and amazing range of novels/ books. A place where gang can relax and have a great memories. A big stack of games is another way to spend a time.The cafe bar has really nice Ambiance with really happening music and very live environment. The staff here is really friendly and humble which makes this place more beautiful. Its near to Churchgate railway station and sea face. So the climate here is always pleasant. Mockingbird cafe has really nice sitting space, around 110-120 people can accommodate.From their menu we tried,Hot chocolate and Hazelnut Latte: To begin with, we tried their amazing hot beverages. Just taking a sip and reading a book is always peaceful. The hot chocolate was really amazing. The creamy texture with dark chocolate was just delightful. The Hazelnut Latte was also very good. The flavors were really good, and the cookie given with that was really amazing. The choco chips were properly cooked.Mix cheese chilly: one of the best apittizers at Mockingbird. The spicy and cheesy dish. Spicy herbs along with bell pepper and the cheese balls were prepared in red gravy. All the flavors were coming out really well and the spicy food lovers will definitely like this.Worth trying it. Recommended.Baked nachos: After eating nachos in this style, i just became fan for this kind of serving. The nachos were baked along with the cheese. Toppings was salsa sauce and beans. The taste was really amazing. And to have it along with hot beverages is just perfect. Unlike other cafes they have liqueurs to offer, while they have some delightful mocktails and coffee too.I have tried 🍹Summery Melon - Mix of various fruit juices like watermelon, apple, cranberry and a tinch of lemon made it refreshing in the heat of Oct.In starters, 🥗Jalapenos and cheese Arancini : Arancini rolls deep fried with processed cheese and served with sour cream at bottom and salsa on top.In mains ,I had Burmese coconut curry but with rice instead of noodles: Kind of khow suey with heavy coconut gravy and boiled vegetables like cauli, beans, broccoli, raddish etc. Rice are fried in butter to make it super heavy meal.At the end , dessert Hazelnut pie, it was super amazing and more i have it, more i liked....too yummy, choco mousse and hazel nuts on top of choconut pie.Service is amazing Mr. Parvez and Sagar are taking care to suggest me my kind of stuff here.Overall i loved it.

I found this place pretty randomly. Being close to my Office, I just happened to walk in with my friend. I loved the cosy feeling and the ambience. Little did I know what a beauty this place was. The staff is extremely warm and helpful. The food tastes great but this isnt even the best part!Anything Else?The place has a collection of books and is perfect to sit back and relax by sipping Coffee/ Chilled beer.Well what I ordered:Cocktail: Churchgate fast:This is an extreme Mumbai style quick make Cocktail with a perfect balance of every ingredient. Jaljeera, Soda with Rum is a perfect combo to go for!Chilly Garlic Calamari:This is a very 2nd place where I felt that they made justice to the dish. The dish is prepped as its named.HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDBBQ Lamb Tacos: Another surprising well prepped dish.. tacos kept simple to overwhelm the taste of mutton steak roasted on slow flame in BBQ sauce then sliced to fit in tacos served with Salsa sauce & freshly made hung curd.HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDMutton Dhansak:We opt for plain rice rather then Brown. As I believe dhansak is a comfort food. Heavy creamy dal & ghosh prep that gave a strong hint of garam masala in every bite.Prawns Gassi: Coconut preparation Prawns with Coriander Rice.Good combo. Perfect for a person to eat.Dessert: BREAD BUTTER PUDDING:One of the best presentation so far in my food journey.This dish was magical. Its close to the beach and has a nice ambience. Many indoor games are kept to enjoy the time in there. Without a doubt it is in one of the costliest areas of India, and hence rates are high for the food items too. Overall, a quality place to spend time with your party people.

There are many board gamesto kill time until you wait for food. They give you a vintage vibe with their amazing decor, pretty wall hangings, quotes and many more.
