Had to order quite a few times, take away was the only source during lock down. Would vouch for their Chicken and Egg biryani. Authentic and portion is enough for a single person with good appetite.

It was cool place to hangout with friends. You cant smoke inside but theres a corner outside the hotel for smoking also a tapri side to the hotel. If you ask one of the waiters they can even get you the ciggy for you. Hope you enjoy here🎉

Shashikant is one of the oldest joints in mahakali, situated right opp to ginger hotel. The area is always crowded as the place is situated right at the junction. The place is neat and clean. The food is good, the staff is courteous and attentive. Overall a good place to catch for a quick or few drinks.

The restaurant has a/c section so if you are looking for cool place for lunch in a hot afternoon this is a good palace to go. A good landmark will be opposite the Ginger Hotel on Mahakali Caves Road.Its a quarter bar in Mumbai parlance and known to serve cheap alcohol. It has a non AC and an AC section. It serves both vegetarian and non vegetarian food along with cheap liquor. Food is good, though sometimes they screw up too. Like most quarter bars, its not a place to visit with your family.

Nice place, better than the average bar cum restaurants. Price should be slightly low, however, if that impacts their quality, quantity and service, I wouldnt mind the price. Quick and decent service, comfortable seating and good crowd. Food is tasty, their Indian starters or kebabs are better than their Chinese ones. Overall, a good place to spend time with friends.

Im visiting this place since my childhood. Drinks are priced reasonable. Food is great too (Price as well as quantity). Waiters are just fine. Ambience is good, clean and maintained well. Just that restrooms need attention pertaining to cleanliness and hygiene. Cheers !

This place has got 4 different sections of seating, 1- AC & Non AC section on the Ground Floor and the same 1 - AC & Non AC section on the First Floor. The service of this Hotel is good and the food they serve is also good in both Veg and Non Veg. The best part is that the Toilets are clean and well maintained.

Being a regular here from the past 20 odd years this place has practically grown from a Bar to a comfortable joint with ambeince comfortable for all kinds of crowd. One of my favorite relaxing joints with prompt service and food to kill for, at times a little under rated. With the owner Shashi Anna with an ever present smile and an excellence of treating his customers.

Visit their The Camp section if you are having drinks with family/female friends. You can play your own music.

HiI used to order food via the shashikant personal app but my experience from the last 4-5 times has been pathetic, the orders are not confirmed and when I call the enquire about the same the person on the other end says that it’s the app/ company/ managers issue that the order hasn’t been received/ confirmed and completely denies on receiving the order even after I give them the order number which is received as soon as the order is placed. So would like the management to please take care of this and please make sure courteous people handle the phone, this was really not expected from This place.
