Very bad service..Only six months stament well get in online banking.Ill visit bank and asking for last 19 -20 FY statment. they told me well sent you on mail. Today 3rd day still i didnt get Statment on mail.Now i m try to contact with branch but contact number is not in service.again i have to go to branch...
Pathetic service for both savings and credit card.
Nobody is good to handle the customer, service is very bad.
One of the worst bank and worst staff who do not check if the payment is made or not and start calling and harassing from 8 am in the morning, discrepancy in the statement is not sorted after even 3-4 mails..uneducated staff calling up and speaking in a rude tone, harassment at par..they can not reply the mail even once and there 10 different people calling for payments even before the due date
