A pathetic bank with apathetic irresponsible people. Please dont involve your money with them.There are so many people who have got very bad experience dealing with them including me. I have been after them for a refund, which they dont bother giving me despite the money belonging to me.They dont reply to emails, they dont give adequate responses and the process is stuck!!

RBL is one of the worst bank in terms of services and and customer care.. Never open an account or use the credit card services they are very pathetic.. our refund is yet to process for excess oayment its been almost a year now.. their cistoner care agent disconnect the call wjich they are not allowed to eithout any notice.. hen asked about foreclosure and officer address they never provide and disconnect call and never receive again.. never ever use any of their products... Probably Indias worst bank.. Even their nodal officer does not reply to your emails

I had taken a loan from RBL Bank last year, RBL Bank service is the worst.  After the bill is generated they call 50-60 times a day continuously for payment. After making payment & sharing a receipt to the agent still RBL staff call again & again sending messages also. RBL staff misbehave with customers & they force customers to make payments as early as possible before the due date. Never suggest anyone to follow with this bank.

My FIXED DEPOSIT with parel branch matured on 11th September 2020 i have till 16th September 2020 not received my matured FD amount.There is no communication from their side their helpline no.is not working and no.provided of branch bell keeps ringing and no body is picking the phone really frustrated will never ever bank with RBLbank in future.

I am not a customer of RBLHowever, I keep receiving their automised marketing calls without having subscribed or shared my mobile.It shows their lack of respect of others time and privacy.

They dont have a proper structure to provide basic customer care support .After calling 5 times no one pick up the call.Whenever they pickup the call tou have wait for 5 damn minutes still there is no one the other side.Negative customer care support Lol.
