All friends please read this.I have already made my overdue payment via online mode. The got the message of amt credit . Same day I received msg that payment is overdue.Funny part start next day when executive called me. I read out the message and that gye updated his system.(he said it as system but I have doubt now). Same day another executive called. She asked me the same question and asked to read out ref. No. I refused this time as the was already been updated. HER REPLY WAS AMAZING YOU WILL GET CALL ONCE AGAIN JUST WOW.Atleast connect the system of indusind bank so that executive calling should get to see the updated records.I have pain to write this because executives behaviour is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.Anyone from indus Ind bank should take care of such things.Friends if you have also experienced this then speak out on this platform.

NRO account online more than 10 days not activated...from Head office...worst banking service...

Unnecessary robot calls and contact harassing by the sales representatives. I believe this bank must know the basic ethics of marketing and sales. When a customer and client says clear NO they dont stop there.The Management hasnt thought the culture to the people and vendors.

NO STAR RATING SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THIS BANK, AS STAFF IN TRADE SECTION ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, THEY SPEAK BIG WHILE OPENING THE ACCOUNTS WITH VERY VERY VERY OR BETTER NIL SERVICES, ONE DOCUMENTS HAVE TO BE SEND 10 TIMES AND THEN ALSO WORK IS NOT DONE.ITS SHAME FOE SUCH A BANK.
