Cash loading at ATM is done during peak hours, when people wanna withdraw money, a 2 min work takes like 20 mins is not acceptable! Plus if u withdraw money from other branch u have to pay extra charges, so what should a person do? Its unprofessional to keep people waiting for cash withdrawal when u have 2 machines at a time!! Staff should be trained to deal with such a situation and should load cash in ATM machines when customer movement is less!

I had visited the worli branch and had given an application for salary account closure and was informed that the pod would be sent via courier for my funds in the account however there is no communication for the same nor does any one receive atmy calls the branch when called..
