Useful branch for local people.3 minutes walking distance from Mumbai central railway station.ATM machine available staff is good but need you be improve.

The bank staff here are soft spoken and helpful and the branch is good but the only problem is the cash deposit machine in the atm next door to it is worst, each and everytime you visit it is temporarily out of service and it causes inconvenience.

Fast service

The customer service do their best but India being India there is so much they can do. Overall, a very good bank with professional service. The best Indian bank I have come across so far.

Custmer service care is lull

Just this guys trap your hard earn money.. never do banking through them..

Very poor response when you want to close the account. Need to submit reminders after reminders. No response from customer support too.
