I open a new account in fincare & I deposit 1000 ruppes from my upi but the deposit balance not show my account then I contact the bank but no response in bank plz help

I have opened a NRE Fixed deposit account with Fincare Bank in Andheri East in Mumbai in March 2019. Even now, I have not received my certificate as promised. This was perhaps one of the most frustrating experiences in my life. Their customer service is extremely poor. They do not reply to messages. They promise something and it does not happen. There is no accountability. After your funds are deposited with them, you will get no responses from them. My advice is - Steer away from Fincare Bank if you wish to avoid yourself significant headache and worries.
