Unprofessional behaviour worst experience ever.. even if u complaint to the branch manager he takes staff side without even bothering to resolve the actual matter

I had a bad experience in bank of india all most 1 month had spend but my Cheak book and Atm had not come and they had promise that Cheak book and Atm will come in 2 or 3 week but it didnt comeAnd they our like nothing in our hand then what should costumer do apply to new Atm card and they charge me 177 Rs without telling me very very bad experience..

Most of the time the ATM is out of order with many reason,To resolve any issue u have to visit the br on several occasions,Not happy with the service

It is typical government oriented bank, so sevice is matched to government culture.

Very old bank branch. Space inside is limited. Lockers available. PPF service available. ATM is very close about couple of minutes walk. Being PSU bank hence lacks some of latest banking services and facilities like personal or prioritized banking etc. However staff is helpful. Also several account holdets from nearby area hence always busy working hours.
