After talking with the shop the owner Mr shabaz helped me out and I hope he remains the same in future. Just the staff needs some manners and quality needs to be upto the mark 🤘🤘

I ordered cake from this temptationz cake vendor yesterday on 15th July from zomoto I was shocked to see a lizard tail in it after we cut the cake. This is absolutely inappropriate behavior and I m shocked at the negligence of the vendor. I have posted the picture of the cake as well. a strict action has to be taken from the zomoto side as million of peopleorder from ur site believing that utmost care will be taken. I fear to imagine what consequence could have taken place had someoneseen it and someone would have eaten it

Discounts on online ordering applications doesnt gives a free hand to restaurants to compromise on quality or taking orders for granted.My sweet cravings usually lands me to bake shops and I often try new options after having a quick look on their reviews and menu. One bad experience isnt enough to judge the taste of a restaurant however 3 back to back poor experiences were enough to motivate me to pen down my experience. I tried dutch truffle for 1st time and it was good however next 3 experiences with same brand n outlet were consistently poor and got worst. Dutch truffle tasted like some dry bread dipped in some choclate sauce, which definitely isnt dutch truffle.Despite of calling the restaurant before n after placing the order with my past 2 orders, it did not make any difference in its taste and their commitment dint Stand strong. I was also offered replacement which dint come for 4days post which I upfrontly requested not to send it coz it would be still the same.
