I happen to purchase chicken puff and some other chicken item.. I have noticed that their puff was not fresh also the person was very rude.... They dont even follow proper hygiene... Nor even wearing mask ... Instead I went out to this amazing shop occasion they make everything fresh even their puffs.. These people follow good hygiene... Guys please understand in todays time keeping hygiene in place is more important... A healthy kitchen is more important!!!

We were disappointed after we had the first bite. Tried the famous rasmalai cake costing Rs 500. Had high expectations after we had a glimpse on so many amazing reviews about their quality. The birthday boy went gloomy, said it ruined his whole birthday party. Despite of adding rose petals in it, it smelled pretty bad. Rasmalai was of the lowest quality I have ever had in my life.

Very good place for cakes pastry and muffins I have taken falooda cake the price was for rupees 900 for 1kg the cake was mice decorated and the cake was looking fantastic but the cake bread was not that great need to improve, you can get all party and birthday related stuff like candles chocolates waffers in one shop so no worry to go in various shops to buy for various party items. The cakes are lively made if its not available or out of stock so u have not yo worry about any flavours you can simple order and they will made it for u when i asked for 1 kg cake they asked to wait for 10 min as it was not available they made it within 10 min and make ready for me that was a great thing i found here the staff is also good. Hi we usually order cake from live bakeries because of the taste I agree the taste is very nice but the customer service over there is very very pathetic as I went there to buy pastries and I took but the way the staff especially the boy who sit in the counter was very unprofessional as he think that is doing a favour known as as they get a good business now a days so they do not take care for the customers always and I throw tht cake which I paid just only because of this ok disobedience. I have Very Bad service experienced with Live Bakers, they forgot my order, they changed my cake n they also havent give me the cake which I want... Unprofessional entire team including the manager.. Instead of accepting their mistakes, they started arguing with me..I must say if u want to take a cake from the display, then only go with live bakers, for advance order, there may be chances of spoiling your event...They did this more than 3 times...

I just give you like what 15-20 mins? and you present to me the best cakes Ive ever eaten in entire Mumbai. I personally like the fresh cream blueberry and mixed fruit. Delicious cakes. I have tried the rasmalai cake and the rainbow cake which on request was made in unicorn shape. It looked beautiful, tasted even better. The flavours of the rainbow cake each layer was delicious. And the cream is light and with less sugar which is what makes their cakes amazing..

Nice bakery, they can provide you the cake in 1hr max which ever flavour you select as per their availability. Inspite of covid condition they were ready to serve the customers. Rates are also cheap comparing to their neighbours cake shop. Taste is also good.

Live bakers is my go to cake destination, when it comes to birthday parties of family, friends etc. If incase they do not have the cake of our choice they get it baked fresh in mere 15 mins can you believe that??? Also their staff is very courteous and co-operative, even their snacks are pretty decent. Must try:- Chocolate Walnut Cake, which is our most favourite cake since they use pure dark chocolate. Their cheesecake is also pretty decent. They use top quality ingredients and yet their cakes are very affordable.

I had to send a cake to Bandra West so after seeing their profile on zomato I called them and asked of they could write a long message for me on a paper and stick it on the cake box. They replied yes with zero hesitation and i placed the order on zomato and sent my letter on whatsapp. It was a long message for a friends Family who had lost a member due to cancer and the staff at Live Bakers copied my message in a beautiful handwriting and sent a picture of the box before sending. The mini veg burgers are a bite of exquisite! Worth the price, in fact I wouldnt mind paying RS. 10 more for it. The chicken masala roll is stuffed with flavour well cooked meat. Above all, loved the warm attitude of the staff. I rated them low for they accidentally overcharged me, but I forgot to error is only human!
