A good shop in terms of options available, presentation and ambience. The staff is friendly but misheard me quite sometime when I asked for the pastry to be heated well and not just warmed mildly. Almost all of its cakes taste well and you wont be disappointed. Bonus - its open until 12 midnight, which makes it feasible for getting last minute birthday cakes.

Very unreliable company. Please do not go into the beauty of the website as it is fake. Your money will be taken away without delivering the cake. Also after making payments for cakes, they send seperate email stating your delivery destination is too far and hence you have to pay delivery charges of 250/-. After paying the charges too, they do not deliver the product. Please guys check their reviews for customers before even getting into the trap of this company. Do not even rely on their Live chat or calls, as they will only hold you on and start taking nonsense or discconect the phone line. This was very very annoying that my family did not get the cake on his Birthday and very embarrasing moment for us. Very much insane unreliable company.

Tl;dr - never got the cake, money wasnt refunded either. Worst customer support they hung up everytime I brought up this issue.Before placing an order on the day I asked the person on chat specifically if they could be able to deliver the cake to my location, to which they confirmed they would be able to.Later next day I got an email from them asking me additional Rs. 200/- delivery, which came as a surprise to me but since this was urgent I paid the amount. The order was never delivered and it was not even informed by IndiaCakes that they could not deliver it (let the customer wait for eternity, because who cares?!)Following next day, I called and it was informed the order cannot be delivered.Now what kind of corporation are you running here - first you assure the customer that you will deliver the product, then you take their money, ask additional money for delivery and later you would not deliver it, instead you suggest that youd give a gift coupon that is completely useless (to only be used on your site that doesnt even deliver!).It has been more than a month I keep trying to connect IndiaCakes and IndiaCakes just never reply - all my money just gone like that, not to add that they ruined a birthday too!Moreover you should also improve your support center staff - The moment I raise questions about this, they disconnect the phone or just never reply on the chat.

Very poor service. Their phone service keeps you waiting and then disconnects automatically. Their order confirmation sms is not coming immediately. However additional payment requirements sms comes instantly. Terrible experience still waiting the cakes ordered.

Worst experience ever!! Firstly the call gets disconnected on its own and when the call gets finally connected the customer service executives hang up in the middle of a conversation. While placing the order you are not informed about the delivery charges and after 6 hours of ordering the cake (mind you the payment is already done), they will tell you to pay for the delivery charges of 150 rupees or else the cake wont get delivered. Free delivery across India keeps flashing on their website. The customer service executive dares to say that its a small amount just pay it so that your cake gets delivered. When you ask them to cancel the order they refuse to refund hence you are left with no choice. Cheats!!!

I placed an order on 6th Dec 2020. It did not show me order details on page. Post payment, redirected me on their homepage instead of showing order details.Day to asked to send mail. Did it.Day 3, informed me that no refund policy.Day 3 onwards, you loose me forever. No doubt about it. You are worst.

Ordered cake for friends Birthday whos name is Swapnil inspite of giving correct name they had mentioned the wrong name on the photo cake..On the cake they had mentioned his name as vaibhav which is very insulting for us when we had open the cake infront of him at the time of cake cutting...Attaching the photo cake as a proof.. Worst ServiceI placed online cake delivery at Palghar.They offered free delivery and 10 % discount. Now demanding 200₹ extra for delivery. When I request them to talk with their manager ,they are not ready to connect my call to administration department. Not giving reply to mail.Even not replying for cancellations of order and refund amount.Cheating customer😡😡😡

Fraud cake shop...They are thieves... After making an order and making the payment for cake..they will ask you to pay ₹150 additional delivery charges. The shop is in bandra and the delivery address was also in bandra and if you dont agree with them you wont get any refund.. Instead they will offer you coupons.. And customer representatives are rude and will not answer you call.. Unless and until you call 10-20 times.. Worst experience.

Accepted the order id 506241 on 22 Dec 2020. Have to deliver it for my moms birthday on 23 Dec 2020. Debited amount of Rs 800. Till the time no refund and very pathetic customer support that they drop the call with out a proper conversation and saying that they will give you coupons for cake. If you cant deliver this time how you are going to make at any other time. I filled a consumer complaint against the firm for frauding and cheating. Looking for favourable decision...

Not to be trusted, i ordered cake on 5th April 2021, today is 6th April 2021, 18:36 the cake has not been delivered yet. The customer executive have no courtesy to inform the client also about the non delivery of the cake nor they are ready to refund the money. My money is also gone and did not receive the cake also. Very bad, this site is not to be trusted.

SCAM ALERT - please do not use this platform for booking any cake orders, they only take your money and do not deliver. Non of their support nos work, neither do they call back. Their promise of delivering to 1000 cities is all a big sham.

This company is totally making money company dont trust them. I ordered cake for delivery before the 3 days of occasion and call 2 times before the delivery date they confirm me they will deliver without delay. But on delivery day they send me SMS to pay 50% more and I called to customer support they told me franchises ask this money who is going to deliver we didnt ask. So pay we cant help and I ask to give franchises number I will talk and pay but I want ensurance to deliverd . They told we cant share as per our policy and put my call on hold. This is the whole game they cant share delivery person number and they are not the decision makers after paying money to him they told they are ruled by franchises.

This company is totally Fake!I ordered for a cake on 8th feb’21 evening ... next day I get a message from them asking for 200 extra for Delivery as location is far from the City . I paid that , because had to send it asap for friend’s birthday. After few hours I messaged them asking .. where is my Order? They said it is out for delivery ... and would be delivered in half n hour.The order did not get delivered at all.Next day I called them up...the customer care service is pathetic. They cut the call while making me wait and one of them was also kinda rude .Its 12th today And I m still waiting for the cake to be delivered ...DISCLAIMER : Guys dont order from here if you want your money to be saved . The worst and irresponsible cake delivery system ever. I am publicly going to spread the word thru my facebook, twitter and thru word of mouth to ask people DO NOT buy cakes from Indiacakes ever.I placed an order for the cake on 8th Jan 2021 for the cake to be delivered on 9th Jan 2021 , they very happily confirmed it will done etc however the cake was not delivered till 10th evening . The full of 9th Jan I was calling the call center but they were either not picking up or on seeing my number they were disconnecting the call, i must have called atleast 25 times, but they just told me it will be delivered whenever i got someone on the phone. Then i came to know that the cake was not delivered till 10th afternoon, i called up the helpline but they did not give me any answers besides saying the cake was damaged the previous night and will be delivered on 10th jan, we do not know the time. Today is 12th Jan and there is no online , email or phone call from them saying that the cake has been delivered. Despite their goofup they are still not responsible enough to call and let me know that they have delivered or not. To top that when i called to finally check , a lady called Prajakta spoke very rudely and tells me that there is nothing to be embarrassed if your cake was not delivered on time and she hung the phone on me. This is how you behave with a customer whose cake has been delivered 16 hours late , they have no courtesy to call or email or reply online when pinged and then they are rude and insulting to the customer when the customer is making efforts to find out something. Indiacakes should shut down if they cant do their job properly. The staff at the call center is absolutely irresponsible. You have lost a lot of customers today.

The worst fraud website existing.Last year I ordered a cake they never delivered it and they kept arguing with me.Their customer care number never picks up the call. Online chat is always offline. Never order from them .Worst services.When the customer care team replies they should remember covid started this year and they didnt deliver my cake last year in August 19.This time again I ordered a cake and guess what they sent me an email stating how much money I spent but no confirmation or order number was sent to me. Customer care never replies neither the chat group. Finally as usual they didnt deliver the cake.This is the worst website you can come across.

I have processed my online cake order and i have been intimated that i will get ordered cake next day and its surprised that cake has been not dispatched and also till today i have not recd refund from indiacake even i have write 13 mails , and its already 7 months gone till today i have neither recd refund not COURTESY feedback from this bad service provider ... i will never recomend india cake to buy online cake and its better we can buy from nearest shop with too cheap and with GOOD service......

Their delivery times and customer service both are highly questionable. For a business that hinges on delivery of bday and other occasion based cakes, timeliness does not seem to a be a focus at all. Moreover, the responsiveness of the customer care personnel calls to question how poorly the employees have been trained.After I placed and paid for an order for a bday cake, I received a follow up email many days later that I had to pay another 150 bucks for delivery without any explanation as to why I must do that. I thought it was a spam mail and ignored it. Needless to say on the day that the cake had to be delivered, there was no delivery. No call from customer service following up on this delivery charge. When I called a day later I was told I had to pay 150. I didnt understand why this was not included when we pay for the cake the first time round. After 2-3 calls with a very slack customer care employee and payment of delivery, I was assured that the cake will be delivered on the same day of my call, which is already a day later than the bday. The whole day goes by, no delivery and no confirmation. Then the next day, which is 2 days later than the bday and a Sunday (so u cant call customer care its a sunday), when I wrote a stinker of an email threatening to report their business was when the cake got delivered. And yet,no one called to even apologise.I would not order with them again. The business is not really set up for timeliness and customer service and for me thats core given the nature of their business.

I ordered half kg Roasted Almond cake in my office today.. Every one liked it. It was fresh and tasty. Just the size of the cake was looking very small it was not looking like it was half kg.. Otherwise every thing was perfect, the cake ,packaging, delivery.

Today I took 1/2kgoreo cake but there was no oreo inside the cakes I ask that guy who was on counter that is there oreos inside the cake also he said yes but there was no oreo & it was not tasting like an oreo cake also

Highly disappointed - I had ordered a half KG cake yesterday (which was Rs. 449) and surprisingly that request was put of hold.... I was asked to pay for Extra 1/2 kg charge of Rs 799/- as the half KG option was not available. This was really disappointing and also I didnt understand the pricing structure as well (when half KG is mentioned as 449 in website why was I asked to pay 799 for remaining half?).

This is the second time the cake is not delivered.On calling up the number mentioned on your site the agents tell me it will happen at the delivery date.When I call them on that day they say it will be delivered by 4pm.At 4pm when I call they say it will be delivered by 7pm.next day when I call they say sorry it wont be delivered as the address is too interior and you will get coupon code not even refund mony back.This is the second time this has happened.Either deliver the cake as per order number or give money back..dnt want a coupon code because you are not going to the delivery.ThanksThey are frauds...pathetic liars...please dont trust..they just take the money but dont do delivery..and keep giving excuses when we call them for our order update..cheaters they are.I have emailed as per your response.

Good place with decent ambience.They have a good variety of fresh cakes and pastries available at very reasonable rates.They also deal in other accessories related to birthday and weddings.

They have been accepting orders in this covid 19 situation as per the online status. I had placed an order ( transaction ID 348593) on 15th April 2020. Neither have they delivered the cake, nor have they bothered to inform back and no one is answering their calls at call center or responding to emails.

It is a fraudulent site. My prepaid order id no. 507107 wasnt delivered and even after various communications they arent refunding the same. They will ask you to wait and will leave for indefinite time . Please avoid buying anything from this site

They have amazing cakes the blue berry cheese cake is one of my favorite. This cake shop offers all kind of cakes. Plus IndiacakesGives an Indian tast to ever cake. I think these cake are the best in the cake industry. I like the way the place is derocter. The place itself gives positive vibes. This cake shop is on 3rd potion in my cake list.If you havent taken a bit go hurry you may miss the opportunity of having a wonderful cake .I will give 3 out of 5. Must try!!!!!~
