Cute lil place in phoenix mall Kurla! I visit it quite frequently.. everything they serve is delicious and hot.. never had any chance to complain!

One of the most delicious and definitely incredible experience. It all started when I was in Canada and now I can say I’m completely addicted to these. Somehow, Cinnabon as a chain never really picked up in Mumbai and thrived mainly because of the sugar content. Sure, it tastes the best but once in a while it’s alright to treat yourself. If you have it daily, there’s a chance that you’re either addicted to sugar or something else is wrong with you!

Cinnabon is a small dessert place. We got a Cinnabon, red velvet cupcake, coffee etc. The desserts were good taste wise but felt quite heavy in eating. Also Im not a fan of excess sugar or the sugary cream so it wasnt for me.

So this is my favourite spot in the mall ,my time to unwind from the shopping . Like their high seat community table and the soothing decor . Staff is extremely alert and quick with their service . The food tastes as yummy as it looks . Such a positive vibe in the place . Their cold latte has an amazing taste and never miss it along with my Cinnabon

Had visited the outlet with some friends in the afternoon post lunch for satisfying sugar cravings. The Cinnabon that we got was too sugary and not even worth the high price. Anyways, the eatery is very less crowded as compared to other food options already available in the mall. Would recommend having doughnuts from M.O.D instead of Cinnabons.

Awesome cinnamon rolls. Tried the chocobon and the cinnamon flavor was a bit subdued due to chocolate. Will try the the regular Cinnabon next time for the original cinnamon roll taste.

Well i wanted to see what all the hype was and boy was I disappointed. So we decide to get some coffee here and order the Berry something minibon and pepperoni pretzel 🥨 along with an Ice cold mocha. The server hands us the minibon but it doesnt look anything like the one they had in the display. She says if they add chocolate to the minibon it will look exactly the same and we agreed. She added chocolate and charged us 50 bucks more for a minibon that they falsely advertised as costing 99 bucks. In the ad the minibon had chocolate on it so I guess we should have focussed on the fine print like you do when taking an insurance. Sigh!Then we get the pepperoni pretzel which I have to say is also pretty bad. Im talking about the whole concept of a pretzel. It may look like the infinity sign, but why exactly do pretzels exist. Thus taste like pizza ends, the ones i dont like eating anyways so the concept of a pretzel itself irked me out. On top of that crooks that they are, the server asks us what dip wed like. We choose the salsa dip and they charge us 50 bucks for that as well. They should only serve dips which they make a Pretty good margin Skip this place for visit theobroma instead

Cinnabon was amazing as usual. My taste buds thanked me for the delicious classic cinnabon.well Bengalurus cinnabon is now closed so had to come Mumbai to have it.

As the saying goes Life needs frosting, it actually does but more than that life needs cinnamon rolls for a dessertie. The fresh aroma of the bread compelled us to have one. We got the Cinnamon Classic roll, Caramel Pecanbon and a Cappuccino.From preparation to presentation everything was accurate. Just that the service was a little slow.I think its a great place to visit as it meets both needs of the sweet eaters as well as the spicy tangy tongues.Also they should come with more branches.

Its on the ground floor of the mall and on the right from the main entrance. It is a little overpriced for a bun thats not fresh and as filling as shown in the ads or social media posts. The staff is helpful. The Irish coffee is good but adding a flavor will cost you even more. I got 4 items for 800₹ and was still hungry. Overhyped.

I love this place! But thats the the only outlet in Mumbai... Which is very sad thing. One needs to travel a lot just for a cinnamon roll

Excellent buns and pretzels and yes good coffee! .A tad too small a place for accommodating customers. Its a bit tight. Price is not reasonable slightly expensive I feel but then thats relative. A good place for a snack.

Very good coffee and bun

As much as i LOVE their Cinnamon rolls! I hate their billing system. I have been here twice. Once 3 months backs and 2 weeks back. both the time the card machine isnt working. The location is deep inside the mall so the network is terrible, hence you cant do any paytm or gpay. Both times i had to struggle to pay cash as i do not carry a lot of cash anymore. The management should really do something about it. The staff was very active and helpful.

Super moist and fluffy chocolate cupcake with a suprisingly tasty chocolate buttecream! My sons relished it! However the actual minibon was a bit dry....

Located at Phoenix Mall, Kurla. This joint sells Cinnabon and Auntie Annes snacks and pastries. Had minibon and Pretzel Nuggets.Normal wait time is 5-10 minutes. Few seats and tables available.

As per my wife the cinnabon do not have the same punch as the ones available in US but a good place to hangout. The pretzels and muffins are good.

The cinnabons were soggy, it was too suggary, and the bon was just so soft that i couldnt cut it with a knife.. not a good experience..i wouldnt recommend
