So today I had ordered Belgian noughat cake as recommended by the staff. But it was the worst cake I have ever had so far in my lifeThe quality of cake was like a stale sponge no moisture at all .....n very chewy.Will never ever order again.

Amazing cake flavours and lods of options to select best to go with is chocolate of any combination.....Its really fresh and the icing is very much good on the cake....Base needs to little more soft and succulent rest all is good ....Very fast and prompt service

These people dont know the difference between a Normal cake and A red velvet cake. They just replicated a normal cake which looks a like red velvet but while you eat the cake you will realise its wors than normal cake and they have used such a bad color on the cake that my entire hand got red. Worst experience ever. Totally money wasted.

The cake that I ordered for my friends birthday was stale.. It was very disappointing and embarrassing as well for me, I never faced such issue in the past from brownie point.

Ordered eggless ras malai cake. It was delivered fresh and tasted fantaaaastic....i love my sweets and have tried enough and more and highly recommend this one.Placed an urgent order for pineapple cake. Was delivered on time and fresh in 1 hr.Special callout for Karan who was very helpful throughout the process of selection and delivery.

Bad service.... Delivery time was 7 or 7.30pm. As due to rain i reached at 7.30 told him I m on the way vl reach in 10min then also respecting his work I gave him instruction on phone how to design bt delivery boy left vthout designing the cake at my friends engagement ceremony.... 😔 Costlier cake shop. As a human being if we pay we expect good service in return.... 😡

Ordered a home delivery to surprise my cake loving sister. The delivery was timely. Packaging was excellent and the pastries were indeed very fresh, creamy. Came to eat pastries.... After packing the cake the employee said #card nahi chalta... #den i gav 500₹ note. .. Bola ki change nahi hai.... Its a humble request to the owner pls keep a board at the door stating dat #if u want to eat pastries bring change from ur house👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
