Cheating in settlement of BillToday, I visited the store to take a thermameter and cough syrup. The bill of both items were Rs 250.98 store offered me discount of Rs12.55 thus the actual bill was Rs Rs 238.43.I gave Rs 500 cash and billing clerk said to collect 250 thus cashier deducted 250 and returned 250 to me. I enquired about discout but the billing staff remin silent and I left store with my purchase.At my place I got one SMS from store stating I can check invoice, out ot my curiosity I opened and found that store has given discount but it was not passed on to me.It means billing clerk ans cashier did something wrong. Very good store for buying medicines. Most of the medicines are available here.

Went through some reviews n noticed many people are not happy with their service, I could suggest to give a try at Tara Medical situated Opp Cafe Paris just after few shops from Wellness.

Few staffs are egoistic and Arrogant as compared to other Chemist staff.Being one of the front line warriors they should be proud of themselves but here they are very egoistic.There are many staffs in colaba branch as the shop is hide but you need to wait for someone to come to you.They are busy in their own talks and try to ignore the customer.Earlier they took the details and promised 10 pct discount on all medicines.After few days they charged me with no discount and said Incase you buy any medicines of INR 200 and above you get discount but they should have told me before billing.Some staff are useless as they dont know about the discount and argue with the customer - Pehle no. Dena tha and not after billing.Some staff give discount on billing below 100 also and some argue.Please the higher management should change the Manager and the staff completely.I have started using Other chemist in same locality who are prominent and do their job properly. And very happy with their service.

Service is very pathetic, home delivery service is not available

24 hours medicine, soft drinks , snacks and ice cream. Also surgical goods. You find everything related to your health and wellness here. Qualified staff with helpful nature. Sometimes help with medicine if you dont have prescription

Very poor service, as there tagline shows 24/7 available by the way which is not. I purchased medicine from store a week ago and some medicines were missing so they assure that Ill get my medicine home delivered. Which is not deliver to me till date and even they havent followed up with me if then medicines are available or not, so I can either change the store or ask for another supplementary medication. Such unprofessional attitude.!!

Although the store looked good to me. I even found the medicine which I went to buy. The staff who assisted me was very courteous. The only thing which turned out to be negative was I used Paytm for payment, I scanned the barcode and got a code for payment and there is a different counter for Paytm payments just behind the main counter and the guy who was at the Paytm counter deducted my account with the wrong amount and he was so arrogant and egoistic. So I would suggest just avoid using Paytm here.

This is use less chemists as they says that the medicine will be available in the evening time but again they provide us the same reason the medicine is not available and this is not the first time that I m going return this has happen 3 or 4 times before. The staff is also not responding the customers properly. Not happy with the service ☹️Today 21/05/2021They even dont have a good selection of staffThe staff is ready to fight with customers worst service. Please do not visit this store as there are many more chemists in colaba😡
