Unprofessional behavior, asked for balloon stand tells me can be done on spot, went to have it done tells me cant do it as no staff asked him why did you tell me will have it done on spot and give you, argues saying I thought not for today. Did not like the tone. Have bought so much from there still they dont value their customers...

Extremely unprofessional behaviour by staff. Safety regulations aren’t followed. I fell on the stairs to the basement since the place was poorly lit and lacked proper signage. Moreover the staff tried to blame me for the same. The place should shut down.
