My 10 year old shepherd is lazy by now! But that’s cute! We firsts wanted to try the senior special WoofBox so we gave it a shot!Our boy, not so little one loved exploring the box! We were absolutely delighted to find food that’s super premium & perfect for a senior dog! Senior dogs do have different nutritional needs & the food sent in was perfect! As it’s the 350 grms pack we could test it & we have been reordering this from them! I do get a good discount now :)Back to the review, the chews, are premium quality, gluten-free treats & plush toys are worth loving … sometimes we feel like hugging them as we sleep! :POverall we love what all goes into the box. A big Chew Master subscription Fan!My 1.5 year old is a heavy chewer! He would (& did) just chew anything and everything (Including my 1.7L Sofa Set! Ops!)! So while I was searching for some good content on managing chewing behaviour I stumbled upon Chew Master by WoofBox! This box is loaded with 2 really great super tough chew toys, treats and more! Phantom loves it! I have tried their subscription boxes multiple times. Since my dog is my family, we celebrate his birthday and he gets his Birthday Special Woofbox every year. These guys add selective stuff that is always loved by my doggy. I trust them since I know they put in lots of thought in adding amazing toys n treats in these boxes. Above everything else, my Scruffy does go bonkers when this box of joy arrives every month.

In our box, we got 2 toys, a ball and a chewing toy that can store treats. It contained a bandana too.We also got a fish treat and the Orijen dog feed small packet with some tea for the doggo. Everything was simply awesome. Great quality at decent value!

You will never go to a pet store once you subscribe to a WoofBox subscription! its Bliss!We stumbled upon WoofBox via their instagram account @TheWoofBox & decided to try WoofBox for our new family member, a gorgeous Golden Retriever had just entered our life. Yay!We subscribed for a three month puppy starter box subscription after connecting with them over a qucik phone call. We were delighted with the way our little one responded to arrival of woofbox! Being a new pet parent we were really not sure if we would be able to get him products that are going to be absolute necessity for his initial six months but with woofbox we were pleasantly delighter.Also all as they send in really tough toys we have bene able to save our furniture of random chewing :P

It was indeed a delight for our Shifu! The toys were treat to his eyes. Tucan being his BFF. He just cant leave him out of his mouth. The quality of the stuffs are good and sturdy. Its value for money for all! The box contained all his necessary supplies such as Food packs, toys and his obedience belt!! Woofbox - Highly recommended for pet parents...

A STRONG NO! Very disappointed with the service and products they send in the box. I have a very active Golden Retriever due to below reasons:1. I took 3 months Puppy package (~Rs 6868). Each month I calculated the cost of the box from MRP tags (which is maximum price per box). Total never crossed 1200 per box (one month it was way less). For 3 months, it totals out to 3600(maximum). Such a loot in the name of pets. They looted 3268 for what?2. If they say that they have done research on the products they send. A BIG FAT LIE!! They send products randomly. Two of the clothes didnt fit my puppy (I have already shared age). Rarely he liked any of their toys(Precisely only two so far). My pup is fond of toys but the toys which WoofBox sent are lying around in the corner.3. I moved to a new place so I updated the address with them still they send 2 boxes on my previous address and I had to go and collect it from there. POOR SERVICE!!I would be lying if I say their treats werent good quality. Treats were the only thing that my dog used from the box. (That doesnt worth the cost I paid). Dont go for Woofbox, it is a WASTE OF MONEY.

Ive bought multiple Woofboxes, not only for my dog (female indie) but for many of my pet-parent friends. Ive been very happy with the boxes so far. The toys are of pretty great quality (the food got gobbled up but thats a one-time thing). Many of Lulus favourite toys are from Woofbox (and so is the case with people Ive gifted this). There were also things I discovered in these boxes that my dog likes which I would not have otherwise (like the floatable toys... I would have never got them myself, but Lulu loves the Monkey toy and it also doubles as a nice frisbee!).Im very happy with my experience so far.

I love WoofBox! It’s been a while I’ve been a regular subscriber of this box loaded with goodies and happiness! I’ve always been wagging tails. I’ve a 12 month subscription and it’s delivered each month with 4 or more goodies from treats, toys, gadgets and products I’ve not even thought of enjoying them in India. These boxes are just awesome! The team has been taking my crazy request of sending the same chicken jerky each month so I could enjoy them! Yes! I love chicken jerky! You guys rock! #TheWoofBox

Please be aware. This is a hoax service. I had called for a T-shirt (order #5050) on 18th August as a Birthday gift. I was assured by Ritika on Chat & Whatsapp that my order will be delivered by 1st September & that I will get an updated on my order.It’s past the date and they have just stopped responding to msgs, emails, whatsapp or calls. There is no delivery number or details. I have reported this to the cops and will be taking them to consumer court as well.To all customers, please do not place any orders with Woofbox. It’s a scam. They will take your money, initially will respond, then will stop responding and won’t send anything. I shall put an update on this once I visit their store with the local police.

Please do not waste your money on this website. I ordered a birthday box for Rs 3393 on 16th may for my pet. I reached out to them several times via chat & requested them to deliver the order before my pets birthday (2nd june).They shipped the order after 15 days (31st may) via the professional couriers (this courier has a reputation for not delivering shipments on time) and assured me that I would receive the order on time but that didnt happen .The woofbox also wont respond to customer emails. They wont acknowledge their poor service and will simply stop responding to chats when its convenient for them.I have also ordered customised stuff for my pet from other online pet shops and they provide great service and will deliver your orders before time. Ive never had such a terrible online shopping experience anywhere on any website before to be honest.Update: And when they finally deliver your order, its a box full of overpriced trash.
