Just bought some products at 0233 pm from the phoenix market city kurla west outlet the male sales executive was polite and courteous. But the female sales personnel was very rude and her attitude was very unfriendly. Extremely disappointed to see such a good brand like body shop employ such rude and non courteous female staff with poor customer service...

Cheater, over charged products, dont even inform that they charging doe bags as well, such a sad service even if buy in for products worth 21k. Never ever but these products nor believe that staff says.

All products are natural and vegan. The prices are higher than usual but the quantity is really great. And theyre really good for your skin so better to buy these than the harmful ones for lower prices. Also this brand is against animal cruelty so you know that no animal has died for you. The staff is polite and helpful. I had a good experience at this place. :) 👍🏽

I wanna give 0 star not even a half not for the product but for the women working at pheonix Body shop Store, kurla(west)its my first time using The body shop products and I was unaware of how u guys actually TRY THE PRODUCT befr buying, I was all new, but this FEMALE was so Arrogant, so rude WITH LOW QUALITY Attitude, She treats the Customer as if its Her Fathers store- its very bad that Indians being Rude with their own nationality, better treatment are given Abroad, and Body Shop being an international brand I req the owner or who so ever look at the Customer service..... If Cant hire good Worker atleast dont spoilt the name of The brand.... But The Female was very very very very BAD....
