Dont open account with this branch the staff & branch manger is very rude and lazy slow work also ....they need to learn rbi rules that how to handle customer and how to do your work..specially the staff who update KYC and passbook update are very lazy... bad review this bank

Lacks staff, lacks professionalism... No value for customers time. And this is not my one time experience.

I tried opening an account with the bank i had filled all the details online and they had accepted bank account statement as address proof.but i went to bank branch to submit the physical docs they said you will have to submit aadhar card as address proof bank statement wont do...How come you can accept it in online application then?
