I have been an ICICI HNI customer ,i am now thinking of shifting my account as I am irritated at the service of your call center ,in last 2 weeks I have got 6 calls disturbing me for credit cards inspite of telling them ,I don’t want and to put me on DND ,don’t you’ll have a process of ensuring that you don’t call the same customer again and again ....I have been CEO for almost 2 decades ,this simple thing cannot be done by ICICI

Worst bank ever. worst company ever to work with. 100% s masters and frauds. DO NOT divulge in any business, specially with the bkc branch. All are frauds. i’ve been scammed and bounced around like a football whenever i’ve tried to follow up with them. kept assigning me new RM, everyone promising me that they will credit the money in my account, but to no avail. been over 6months already

I can not enable my international transactions since am using it from last 4 year suddenly showing error not even bank and customer care support who can help me to get out this issue ?????? i also rply already in twitter

Worst experience in private banking. Customer service not reachable. My EKYC is pending with ICICI Bank for NPS account from a week. Not able to reach customer service. Local nearby branches not providing any solution or showing concern to resolve issue. Saying this something they can not do anything..

USELESS SERVICE WITH TOTAL INDIFFERENCE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS , THE HIGHER UPS ARE NOT SERIOUSLY CONCERNED WITH QUALITY OF SERVICE AND PROMPT ACTION. Please be careful when you take loan from ICICI bank. I took loan from ICICI and settled all the amount one year before but till now they have not returned my original sales deed document. They lost my document and till now no proper response from them. They always reply that they are working on it. F.Y.I, Im a NRI customer to this bank see how they treating their customer.

Fraud staff in icici bank JOGESHWARI West branch whenever deposit cash on cash counter we must active and know how much cash given to cash teller if we believe and give cash to him he will make fraud to many times happens....and in that case manager not helps if we ask to check camera he denies and tell wait no of days...

Very BAD/POOR service, no time value.

I would like to ICICI corporate office to know that a reliable and good courier service which works all over India need to be used to deliver documents such as debit card, cheque, statements etc.I recently got a current account activated in Hyderabad for which debit card had to be delivered to my address. It hardly takes couple of days to deliver a package once it reaches destination city. Unfortunately the courier company used by ICICI Bank which is unknown to many are yet to deliver the package to my address. When I contact the courier service company they ask me wait for 6 more working days.I have savings account of a different bank and I receive documents from that bank through a well known courier service like Bluedart or FedEx.ICICI Bank need to immediately change their delivery structure of documents and employ a better, well known and established courier service since it is a case of delivering important documents.

ICICI Securities i.e ICICI Direct is a wealth extractor and not a welath maker for Indian Common man. This is the reason their customers are reducing and trade on ICICI direct is reducing. This is the basic reason its stock is falling. CEO and staff are getting salary from ordinary peoples extracted money in the form of brokerage..hope ICICI direct will survive for long life.

My name is Rajesh Kumar. I went to the Barhi branch to open a savings account where I was abused and the account was not even opened.

People are selling credit card on your name. Frausters with cheating mindset send you free preactivated credit card which is actually chargable. Once you get statement with the charges they stop responding you. I can give proofs.
