Extremely bad service. I was talking to a lady staff, she ignored me, didnt say anything and suddenly she gone into cabin. Then i talked to other lady staff she gave me a form, i filled it. At a time of submitting form she told me wait system has been crashed. Then after 5 mins i went to her, again she said wait. So waited 15 mins then i went to her, now this time she took my form and said go. She should have collected my form at first place only but she didnt and wasted my time. These people are worst.

Customers have to wait as bank employees are busy with other customers.They also try to give information about schemes/ policies relevant to the customer.Overall service is very good.

Worst Service ever , first of all there is no Branch Manager during this Covid times, so if u have any queries with staff , u cant complain to higher authorities, and highly unskilled staff are there in this branch,specially in Loan Dept - Mrs Naomi, she cannot solve query of a single individual, she takes frequent leaves, doesnt take any calls , gives false hopes to all clients.I request everyone to please dont open any accounts with this Branch, as there are no person who takes responsibility of anything.

Worst bank ever , employes are not co operative, ATM Deposit machine always not working , every time Its very annoying in corona time , at list they should co operate in this corona time. But they just dont care.

Bank staff is most inefficient I have ever seen. Dont ever open your account at ICICI Bank.
