Pathetic staff and service. Visited to have my personal loan closed they said the pre closure cannot be done at this branch. Wanted to update my address, they asked me to do it online. Wanted to check status of one of one of my cards, they said I need to call customer service number. Then why the f do you have this branch. Useless people!

Pathetic experience every time

One of the worst customer services you can ever experience in this branch.ICICI Bank services over all have deteriorated drastically in past 2 years.Have held 2 Bank accounts of high value along with a few deposits over 5 yrs with this Bank.Branch is no less than a fish market if at all you have to visit with zero decorum (have heard & seen high pitched arguments amongst the staff) with NO HEED TO CUSTOMER CARE.Owing to these reasons I have shut my main account withdrawing the deposits and in the process of shutting another one.

Pathetic service. Visited the branch for updating my address, cancelling my credit card and getting copy of my term insurance. They told me all of this needs to be done online or via customer support, then what is the branch for? Your timepass and salary? 0/10 rating

Worst....Form 3 days my imobile app isnot working, so today i wernt toyour bangurnagar branch, gore-gaon west, mumbai,400090. Theperson wearing blue shirt (notuniform) under may i help youcounter said me first that we donthave copy machine so first getthe xerox of your id card, whichis strange as i am c privileged cos-tomer this was never happenedto me ever. Than he said we donthave DBM ID so it cant be donefrom here just go to anotherbrach.I felt he didnt want to doit. Than i came to andheri branchand they didntasked for myid and solved my problem in 5minutes. When i asked what isthis dbm id that person told meifound that hes is making mefool and dont want to do his job.I would like to take action aginstthat and gave this kind of answer. Thiskind of employees will ruin yourreputation.
