Sales Executive Abhishek Mishrarepresenting HSBC bank called me tosell their credit card. I politelyexpressed my disinterest on multipleoccasions. The executive called me atleast 10 times. Then the executive sentme messages on my phone with veryunprofessional remarks bordering onverbal abuse. I filed a complained to thebank. So far the response has not beenvery convincing.Didnt expect such treatment from HSBC.
Bad services by hsbc staff ..it is not properly handled the customer..wait for 1 hour for only ac statement print.the lady was badly speking
The lady at the front desk on 2nd floor is sooo rude and she is not wearing her mask properly even after it was brought to her attention. Totally unacceptable in a bank such as HSBC
On a not so busy saturday afternoon, I was made to wait for almost an hour coz most of the service managers were busy chit-chatting about food, wedding, north indian issues,etc. All of them were couped up in pod no. 2 and when I highlighted the same i was informed that they were sitting with a customer. I wonder what kind of services HsBC is providing and if they have added shaadi services as well apart from banking. I was seated in the nearby pod and for next 20 min or so that I was there, the household/shaadi related conversations continued.
HSBC IS a Bank situated near gold gym..... Opp to Bank of Baroda near Pali naka in Bandra West.....
If you want to go for your queries sorted please be free for atleast 4 hrs coz they take time for which they r world famous.
Worst service.
I visited the HSBC Bank at Bandra , Ambedkar road today. Reached there at 12.30 pm and stood in the queue for withdrawl of my rightful 10000/- INRs from my account. After a 3.5 hours wait I was advised that I could only withdraw INRs 4000/- not 10000/- BY cheque . Their reason , not enough money in the bank?????Why is it this has affected only HSBC???Why did they not inform this to customers earlier,by posting a notice at the entrance to the bank. Did the customer have to bring this to the notice of the staff? Im sorry the entire experience today was pathethic. I always believed HSBC operated as an International bank should...I saw the light today!!!Every customer was a disgruntled customer...We are well aware of what our esteemed PM is trying to do....does the Bank not feel the need to lessen the travails of the common man??Private Co-operative banks like Citizen Credit, Saraswat Bank ,SVP and even BOI are giving customers their righful 10000/-, who then is HSBC to put a limit???Shame on HSBC !!!3 to 4 hours in the queue each time to get a pittance ...like giving alms to the poor. Is that how you regard your customers???
I JOINE TATA -AIG AS INSURANCE ADVISOR MY COMMISSION WAS DEPOSITED IN HSBC A/C THEY HAVE OPENED A ZERO BALANCE A/C AFTER SOME YEAR THEY SWITCHED TO HDFC LATER TO CITIBANK .WHEN THEY SWITCHE TO OTHER BANK I ASKED CUSTOMER CARE CAN I CONTINUE WITH MY A/C WITH U THEY SAID YES YOU CAN FOR YEARS EVERYTHING WAS ALL RIGHT AT LAST THEY STARTED DEDUCTED A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM MY A/C I HAVE DEPOSITED 17000/- INDIAN RUPEE ALL AMOUNT DEDUCTED I ASKED WHY YOU DEDUCTED REPLY NOT MAINTAINING A/C .YOU DECIDE ALL OF YOU I AM WRONG OR RIGHT I ASKED THEM CAN I CONTINUE THEY REPLY YES THEN WHY THEY ARE NOT KEEPING THEIR WORDS CANT UNDERSTAND THE FUNDA MY A/C WAS OF ZERO BALANCE THEN WHY THEY DEDUCTED MY MONEY AT THE TIME OF CLOSING SOMEWAHT THOUSAND NEAR ABOUT I GOT .I AM POOR FELLOW THIS IS THE TREATMENT THIS MULTINATIONAL BANK DO WITH THEIR CUSTOMER FOR ME 15-16000/- IS A HUGE AMOUNT .WHAT A POOR PERSON CAN DO NOTHING JUST SHUT MY MOUTH CURSING BANK FOR NON FAVOURABLE TREATMENT ANYHOW THEY HAVE TO BEAR IT WHAT THEY HAVE DONE WITH ME !NOT KEEPING WORDS-----WALA BANK!
