Went to Thai pavilion for dinner recently and had a great experience! Loved the great service and delicious food.They served pumpkin chips before the meal which were so light and crispy. I really enjoyed them.For appetisers we had the pomelo salad which was my absolute favourite dish and I definitely recommend it. We also had the corn cakes which were good but could have had little more flavour. I ordered the Tom yum soup which was spicy and nice. We also got the lotus root chips which also tasted good with the house sauces that they provide.For mains we had the pad Thai which I felt was a little bland and could have been more flavourful along with the water chestnut in a spicy sauce.Although we liked some dishes more than others, they service was great and I will definitely be back for my favourites!

When you go to such restaurants you dont expect a strand of hair on your plate in the middle of the dinner. I was really enjoying the taste of food until this happened. Even the smaller restaurants have now started taking care of this. I really didnt expect such kind of service in a Taj restaurant. Food tasted yum though and service was quick but the whole hair incident blew me off. But the chef was kind enough to come out and apologize to us.Food - GoodStaff - GoodAmbeince - Very GoodService - Poor ( cause of the hair incident )

One of the best places to find authentic Thai food. Great taste, decent portion sizes. Obviously pricey but worth it. Hygienic conditions are maintained. They take care in maintaining cleanliness and sanitise the place at regular intervals, this is definitely something you should consider during these times.

I loved the place ,above all the decorations and the ambience around.food was good and yummy .it was worth the price. Went to wink for drinks but its outer appearance attracted me so much at entry point only that I was forced to check in and give try to its food.Must try if you visit any time to Taj President.Cheers

After dining here, its easy to see why this place is known as the best Thai restaurant in Mumbai. It has an electric atmosphere and of course, fantastic food. As we were guests in the hotel we were given complimentary drinks and desserts which was a nice touch but, you can see why so many non-hotel guests come to eat here. The open kitchen lets you see the fresh food being cooked up for you. Definitely make sure you get a reservation- particularly on a weekend!

Really enjoyed this place previously. Excellent service and deliciously different style of Thai food .however the Second time at the Thai pavilion was disappointing.our focus point of the meal was the coconut shoot and heart of palm .which were both tasty but not fresh.everything else was as good as before . Great menu for cocktails and excellent wine list .

Thai Pavilion is an upscale thai restaurant located at Vivanta by Taj President. The staff are regulars that have been present at the restaurant for well over a decade and are happy to customize menu items according to your taste. They also have an extensive wine and cocktail list which always adds to the experience. Personal favorites of mine at this joint are the Morning Glory and the Green Thai Curry. They recently updated their appetizers menu and I enjoyed the rice pancakes.While you can expect to easily pay around 2000 rupees a head here, it is worth the heavy charge.

This is one of the nicest restaurants in Mumbai with amazing Thai food and outstanding service! The green curry chicken is one of the best I’ve ever had and the lobster is very tasty also! The piña colada’s are tasty and the Mojito is definitely a must have! The Mojito has plenty of mint And pineapple! The ambience is very nice and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Mumbai!

Was a guest at the hotel. A group of us booked NYE dinner at the restaurant. For an expensive restaurant the service was very poor.We ordered appetisers, half of the orders arrived long before the order half.We ordered mains, again had issues with food arriving at different times. In fact one order came so late that everyone else finished eating their food.The appetisers tasted alright. The tom yum soup wasnt spicy. The papaya salad was completely wrong.The worst one was the pad Thai. We ordered two with chicken and both didnt have chicken in it. They put tofu in the pad Thai.Lastly, the lobster was very strange. It wasnt what you would expect. It was my order and was looking forward to cracking open the lobster and digging into the meat. Being next to the sea thought maybe it would be a great lobster. What came was just a few pieces of lobster meat on a plate cooked. I suppose maybe I had different expectation, but come on!Overall the restaurant is not authentic Thai food. Service was poor. Not worth the money at all.
