Went into Gallery, some nteresting pieces, went to look elsewhere knowing we hadimitedtime, came back to buy a piece and closed at 450, website says 5pm. Dissapointed.

Some lovely pictures here and the lady serving was very nice and helpful.

An absolute must visit when in St Ives. The lady who I think my own the gallery is absolutely lovely and so helpful.

I recently ordered three prints to be framed. The lady in the gallery was efficient and knowledgable. The order was “sent away” to be done in Plymouth.I received a telephone call explaining that my order would be late, but as I live locally (ie not taking prints home from a holiday) I was happy to wait.When ready, because of my wait, the framed prints were couriered to my home address free of charge on a date to suit me.When they arrived, I was thrilled with my purchase (and the service, which despite being slow, was very good).Because of my experience, I will be returning to place another order as I need another few pictures.Based on my experience, I would highly recommend.

Miserable argumentative woman hits you with a brush if you sit near her gallery. Beware pasty eaters of st Ives!

Bought 3 framed pictures from this gallery when my husband put them up on the wall one of the frames was 6mm smaller all around than the other two. I have emailed twice and received no response and when ringing it goes straight through to fax machine - no option to speak to anyone or leave a message. Terrible would not buy from there again. I live in Plymouth so do not have the option of going back
