It was a pleasant stay in Hotel Landmark Fort. Room, bathroom and toilet was neat and clean. Hotel provides paid laundry service and its not so expensive. Room service is available. The in-house restaurant has a good ambience. This Hotel is conveniently located just 22 km from the International airport and at a walkable distance from the railway station. The taxi stand is just outside the Hotel. I was here for 4 days and never faced any power failure issue.

Nice old property, staff is very cool and kind. Room service is great and the food is how you expect (they consider every single detail you asked in the food, great chef and staff and greater the food!). Cleaning is awesome , both room and washroom. Highly recommend it.

The hotel was tastefully designed once. I stayed in the Club room(The best room they have). Housekeeping was good... No windows...Wifi down for 2 days.. Buffet Breakfast not worth it, at all. The room has moulds .. Except the location you will find better and bit cheaper places If you move about 2 km towards Colaba. After staying for 7 days during the time of check out .. I waited for 10 mins for the roomboy and then carried luggage myself and checked out. Since I had paid all at once I had to stay all the way.Only worth if you get the basic rooms with breakfast.

2 Star hotel, good location of you want and or need to be by the port. Close to the Victoria train station. Easily walkable. Breakfast in the morning is edible, but I would go out and find breakfast if you have a choice. Rooms are in average condition for this type of hotel, somewhat clean. WiFi in the rooms is spotty but works good in the lobby, best air-conditioning in the hotel is in the lobby

They try hard and its super simple. Better then many places at this price point in colaba.

Nice hotel opposite GPO Mumbai at Colava PD Mello road...also close to Bombay CST rail station...u can walk to the rail station in 8 to 10 mins. Breakast at 5th floor is complimentary....lunch and dinner are available by room service ....reception staff were very cordial and helpful....there is also a restaurant Farhanz located in ground floor which serves good nonveg mughlai and chinese food. Nearby are veg restaurants.

Located near to the Chattrapati Bus Terminus, it is in the prime location. A 2 km away drive from the Gateway. A perfect place to stay at.

Just beside Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai. Very well maintained and clean rooms available.Complementary breakfast is also very good and tasty. Staff is also very good.Rooms are available from 6 am for 24 hrs check out, so if anyone arrives early and also will be checking out early then this hotel will be a nice one.

At best three star hotel, lobby had the best WiFi and air conditioning, the elevator is old accordian scissors type doors, that always makes people pause, I use the stairs! Rooms are in various States, somewhat clean, bathrooms ok, hot water and cold water hit and miss. Breakfast is basic but edible. If you want decent coffee then coffee day and MacDonalds is a short walk

Complaints like control of lighting and bedside lamp are not attended. Rooms and Service is very good. Also there is no locking arrangements from inside room 201,and can be opened from outside by Management. If family is in room, there will be issues.

For a budget hotel, the rooms & Wi-Fi are good. Close access to local services and the Yellow Gate security, visa police etc. Historic area with a good vibe. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Hygiene are not up to the mark,as specifically in washroom.Near to CST, Taxis are not easily available. Even no taxi will prefer to go at evening time to hotel. U have to hire Ola/Uber.. The rooftop restaurant they say is on 8th floor, while the lift goes only till 3rd!!Furthermore, the room service person sent to clean the room started watching TV, & when asked twice to clean the room by the guest, he indicated to wait using hand signal.Worst of all, they are lying to GoIbibo Hotline when I raised a conplaint there.

Nice place for a good stay at affordable price in Mumbai. Location is very good, in South Mumbai, abd adjacent to Chhtrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. The rooms are quite good and cozy, the staff is very cordial and courteous. The food is okayish.

Located on walkable distance from CST(VT). It takes hardly 5 minutes from CST. Rooms & amenities are quite good. Complimentary breakfast & Big dining hall are features. Mostly, outstation people who visit Bombay for 1, 2, 3 days prefer d hotel.

Very congested space and costly....this d class room is for 325. Common bathroom.heavy shortage of water. Space filled with rats and cats. Drinking water doesnt taste good. I will not recommend it to anyone.

A good hotel for both family and business in South mumbai. Positive point of the hotel is also its drawback that it is right on the traffic signal, though it ensures good connectivity but if you happen to get room which is road facing then bye bye sleep due to constant honking of the vehicles. When ever I have meetings on the south side I generally prefer this hotel for the courteousness of the staff and good clean rooms

I stayed for a day, the only thing going for this hotel is it’s location. The rooms are tiny and so is the double bed. Size of the Bathroom is miniscule. There are infested with cockroaches, (even the glasses provided had cockroaches).The shower is rusted, they have an old fashioned bucket and mug which isn’t clean, and was broken. There was a window AC that made continuous noise. You will feel claustrophobic because there are no windows. The wifi doesn’t work. It wasnt worth the ** spent for the superior room with breakfast.......

There are two hotel landmarks of the same company in same lane. But the landmark fort service and location is superb. Also when we reached we ran into the owner and he recommended to go for twin sharing if you want bigger rooms and separate beds and he was correct. Thanks for recommendation and service..........

Very shady place, you will realise the moment you enter in the hotel. The behavior of staffs at the front desk is bit erratic but the owner seems to be understanding. This place could be ideal for a person who just want to spend a night anywhere but on roads.

I am staying in room 404, and enjoying the Nice breakfast this morning. The crew are very helpful, nice and polite. I highly recommend this place

The staff is very nice. The room no311 is very decent for its price. If you have choice look to a few rooms before choosing the one. some need a litle reform but this is India. WiFi is free call reception.

Cleaning is highly required, rooms on first floor was a bid regret humid smell and very expensive. We moved to second floor and was better. But owner needs to give it a better liok and get rid of humid smell. For the price they charge i beleive guests deserve what tgey pay for.
