Decent review based on all the facts.The project is decent in all the way like in terms of amenities, nearby areas, proximity to the western express highway but its really far from the railway station, not a walkable distance.They really have an affordable house for those who have a tight budget for settling down in Mumbai. Would prefer other projects also in competition to UK Iridium because the carpet area is extremely small and the layout is congested.Also, the project is bounded by huge sewers and enormous slums. So you can figure out the locality of your nearby area although its a developing area still cant take a risk.External amenities are common like all the projects have but what I feel in compared to a number of apartments and for such a huge project amenities are too less to compete with the buyers.About the construction quality in comparison to other projects, I will rate it 1 star. Heard many negative reviews from their own nearby projects reviewer. Brokers are selling the project because they need to do business so cant rely on them.Overall views on this will go for another option to check for the best compatibility as per the ticket size.

Good location, near highway and upcoming Akurli Metro. Economic rate and plenty of Amenities.

The sales team makes misleading promises while booking and then contradicts their statement. CRM team is also non cooperative and reverts only after multiple follow ups and reminders.

Project location is very nice communication is concerned, its very close to Highway and upcoming metro station. Cost wise compare to other projects its value for money.However near by slums are there, seems over a period they will move to SRA building, since the locality is developing.

I felt very amazing and safe when i visited there Iridium site at Kandivali. I was very happy to see how they were talking so much of care of their clients . They provided me a face mask and gloves before I entered the sales office.

I had a very good and safe experience with UK. All the Sales Team is taking utmost care of cleanliness. They are using face mask. Sanitizer has been kept at the reception and Main gate for all the employees and Visitors

Saw their sample flat and the plans. The flats are well designed. They are spacious and not too cramped, unlike other projects. Others might be slightly cheaper but the flats do not seem livable. Overall, this project is still quite affordable and so a good offering

They are providing the best price at premium location.They have all the major amenities like swimming pool, gym and an open garden.Affordable price, and the location is good as the metro station is nearby.Love the demo flat. The flat is well structured.They have a spacious ground area for kids and adults to play and exercise.

I am a client of UK Iridium. UK has helped me to buy my dream house the Builder is a very good person. Their CRM Department is also very supportive and helped me a lot with the loan process as well.

I visited this project today and it was a good experience. Sales staff is very supportive and project is also good with all the amenities. The best part I felt is connectivity towards upcoming metro and highway. Approach is not good but they have shown me the development plan which is convincing and approved by govt.... I will give it a second thought and will revisit.

The UK team had maintained a proper self hygiene and cleanliness at their site. Before entering i was given sanitizer, and they were providing all their customers gloves and mask for safety purpose.

Looking at the outside situation I was very scared to go outside home. But after I visited the Iridium site Ifelt very safe looking at the precautionary measuresthey were taking for their clients.

They are having 2bhk with a very good design, plus having a small store room attached with bathroom where we can store miscellaneous items.

I heard about uk realty’s project.We went to check the property together and I was highly impressed by the infrastructure. It is one of the best investment options.

Builder is bad and unreliable, they offer lots of amenities but refuse to offer once building is complete saying it was not mentioned in Agreement paper. Building is completed with 3rd class materials. Flats are full of cracks within 6 months. Projects are in slums which will take ages to clear, but their sales guys will promise anything to to sell flats. See their other flat Vedic Heights, talk to existing customer who are already suffering. Better pay little extra and buy fron reputed builders

The Sales representatives are very helpful. They explain the project details and the buying process in a very simplified manner.
