Project is nice but overpriced I feel as there are better ones in the vicinity at lesser price. Many factors come in place so its not only about size and cost.

Larsen & Toubros realty wing has been aggressively taking up projects across three globe. Mumbai International Airport Terminal T2, one of the best in the world, has been built by LnT Construction wing. Its a state of the art facility and a great company to work with.

Timely delivery and good sturdy construction - what L&T is well known for. Great residential complex.

They have very poor after sales customer support , they are not responsive .They are not transperant in sharing all details with customers , while I was buying the flat in Navi mumbai project , I was told all floors will have same plan and flat sizes but later discovered that 2& 3 floor plans are different they have bigger size terrace and balocnies in their brouchers alos they had not submiited plans for this 2 floors . When i raised the query with CRM team they have no answer.and till date my queries are not answered .I feel cheated and trust L&T for which I bought the flat is eroded .. anyone panning to buy please be careful of this things .

I have been dealing with L&T Realty since 2012 having bought multiple flats in their project. I have tried to give unbiased opinion to help new buyers.Pros:1. On time deliveryCons:1. This firm has a contractor mentality. So they will give you a product on time at the lowest cost but with zero customer orientation2. Everything in the projects is added for the sake of being added without practical aspects considered - the color & design of club house, jacuzzi and spa setup etc3. Senior management of L&T Realty have no interest in making its projects world class. Very low standards set.4. Dont invest with L&T Realty in under construction projects. Look at the final project and invest in what you see.

This is an awesome construction from the L & T group. Well planned towers with world class facilities. You really feel at peace when here. Excellent staff force too.

Cool Residential Place. Present in the middle of city area yet you feel the greenery and cleanliness. Powai lake is nearby and you can try walking there in mornings and evenings. Small market is outside the society only, otherwise Hiranandani is also nearby, within 2-3kms periphery. Commercial buildings are surrounding the place while you do not feel noisy. Good place to live in city like Mumbai.

The emerald isle was L&Ts premier project. Why screw it up by being non innovative and come up with an ugly ass building. Just because it is expensive so you have good people living in the building otherwise its not too different or far from a MHADA building. Thanks to a cute girl who lives here, Im surviving.

Probably the only developer that follow all the codes for structural safety. Prices are bit high but Highly recommended.

Excellent housing locality. Though two towers are still under construction, rest are completely functional and the maintainace is fab.

A premium gated community is coming up at saki vihar road by renowned project and construction company L&T. Its a bit pricy compared to surrounding areas however the project quality is of international standards.

Its located Nr JVLR which very much convenient to move towards western as well as eastern express, good lacation
