I really dont know how genuine the 5 star reviews are. We reached out to the company and they did not even bother reverting despite it being a sizable order. I have heard in the market about their patchy post sales support, but would have expected responsiveness pre-sales. Pretty disappointed and moved on.

I had bought around 400 feet LED strip light for my house. HYBEC ECO Bright. Most of it not working properly color changing after every few inches. Surprised about poor quality products from HYBEC.

It has good quality at affordable prices. It’s been 4 years since I purchased the lights and fixed them in my office. Still those all are working properly. Those lights are so bright till now. Its so much more affordable than fancy brands who claim to be international but have no service.

Had visited store recently collection was decent and would have definately placed an order but was extremely disappointed by rudeness of a staff who attended me her name was Anjali Singh.. she was extremely rude.. As per my experience any person in sales should be extremely polite.. its very important to make customers experience much better. I would never do business with a person who is rude no matter how good thier product is.

DONT BUY HYBEC LIGHTS FROM ANDHERI FLAGSHIP STOREThe light collection is good but the sales staff Anjali is very rude and arrogant and when I made the full payment she started ignoring my calls. Their courier partner service is very bad. My half the goods took 2 days to come at my site within Mumbai and partial goods was misplaced and was sent to Nagpur. I still dont know when I will receive it.Their Account Manager Nitin also ignored my call and dropped the call purposely when the staff Rhea tried to take him into concall. His phone goes switch off after 5:30 pm and he purposely ignores the call.There is no contact to escalate or share any complain about the staff and the staff also dont bother about any thing or complains from customerOwner Harish (MD) is travelling to China and there is no way to get his Number or share the complain.BETTER TO BUY HYBEC LIGHTS FROM LOCAL DEALERS OR OTHER FLAGSHIP STORES

Showroom is good, presentation of lights is good, prices are high compare to market rates,but what disappointed me most is FAKE REVIEWSGoogle reviews and ratings are FAKE. Since six months there were no reviews or BAD reviews, suddenty together in a SINGLE DAY approx 50 reviews submitted with 5 Star rating, it seems FISHY, and luring customers by uploading FAKE reviews.. Most reviewer are New and have submitted first revies of their life.Beware guys with fake reviews.

In a years time of use, 2 profile lights have dimmed.also 1 light was completely shut, which they replaced for free.have written to them and now awaiting revert for dimmed lights.(aug 2020)below is may 2019Something is fishy!! I have been suggested HYBEC lights and bought samples 1 month back (paid advance). Post shortlist, final order was placed & FULL PAYMENT was collected 6 days back. TODAY, they claim half of the products are OUT OF STOCK. while till yesterday, they committed deliveries of whole consignment on next day. There is no talk of refund or alternative. I am annoyed because of delay and false commitment. very unprofessional service. see the image, no one has bothered to reply on whatsapp in past week since i made my payments.

Arrogant sales reps at the Khar Mumbai showroom, even after being a regular customer since 6-7 years they dont know how to talk to their clients, very rude. (referring to Mahesh) I ordered for lights and due to some miscommunication one hanging light which was an option was also paid and sent to site. I dont see any reason why it cant be returned but Mahesh made it sound impossible in a very rude way, he actually shouted while i was talking to him over the phone, he didnt even bother to reply back on it. This is happened again and now i can never go back to buy anything from them.

Third-grade products with third-grade customer service.I was unfortunate enough to buy some fittings from Hybaec . These fittings were way overpriced compared to other reputed brands (but still some architects will vouch for It - Why ?) in the market.ALL the fittings had various issues including LED driver problem in less than 2 years.Now, I have been following up with Radhika and Mohit from their Andheri store for more than 4 months for getting new drivers. I have made multiple calls and send multiple WhatsApp messages. Finally, they told me drivers are in stock and I naively paid full advance. After payment, I again had to follow up more than 10 times and till date there has been no resolution.There is nobody to escalate the matters to or no concept of customer service. Zero professionalism. I just noticed other people on various internet review sites are posting similar experience for Hybaec.Dont fall for their fancy stores or fake reviews. Behind the scenes, products are of cheap quality, there is no professionalism and the entire place is run in an unprofessional manner. I am going throw away all their fittings into dustbin.Go for a reputed brand in LED market like Philips.
