They have strategy to show you dont know anything and insulting and laughing at your previous work without looking the whole portfolio....bcoz by insulting ur work n then showing ohh we are still giving a job but with less amount since you dont have the experience (well I had the best experience n work which was required for the particular post) so that they can hire you in cheap salaries with lot of work n experience.... The owner dont know how to talk with female coming for interview....even after sending portfolio earlier a week back he called me n insulted n laughed in front of a draftsman ( didnt want to give market standard salary)...two of his own ex employee who were working there had confronted he is generally same with every employee or other people and when I confronted the whole scenario they werent surprised and accepted the fact he had behaved unprofessional and pathetic. Females job searchers kindly dont even approach such lame employers for few bucks...kindly check the history.
