I bought a laptop bag black colour and this started bubbling which was changed and again this d bag was replaced around 4th November 2017 & the shoulder strap peeled off and the store owner - says no - its not a manufacturing defect. Folks be careful with products though ambience and staff me be sweet. I bought sandalwood after shave as well as face wash and both these the opening gave up (broken near the opening) and the entire after contents spilled
