Absolutely pathetic service, don’t even deserve one star, but I don’t have any option. Very poor quality of work, lack of coordination, very poor quality.Once they got the order and advance, then the customer is gone. Then we have to follow up everything. No-one will pick up the phone and if you send 100 mails also they will not respond. Literally gone through mental torture following up with them.Very unprofessional: For kitchen and wardrobe fittings, they said the company (factory) people would come and fit the things, but the end they done it with the local guy which he don’t know anything and damaged the furniture. Now Arrivae is saying that its physically damaged and it’s out of warranty.Painting and fall calling what the Aarivae doing is they will give it one local vendor, he will give the work to other local- local vendor according to squire feet rate. He will do whatever he wants no one will check. For example for my house, Arrive charged 2 putty and 2 paint. These people not done the putty work at all and I have the proof for the same.I won’t recommend any one to AARIVAE especially in Andheri office. VERY VERY PATHTIC SERVICE.

Arrivae team was professional and adaptable. Designers are very professional, they understood my requirements very well and helped me to pick the right product.After sales team is cooperative. Experienced few delays in timeline but they made sure to complete the pending work with overtimes.Product quality is also very good. I am Happy that I chose Arrivae. Would surely recommend to my friends and family!

Arrivae is not a professional interior designer company. Never select Arriave as interior partner if you dont want to waste your hard earned money. They delay your project, they will never provide you after sale service and they will hold your amount and will never refund you back.

Visual designs were great looking. much better than our local carpenter. with slight premium you get much higher quality.very well explained the benefits between different types of material and what should be used in best costs. Worst experience! Horrible way of working. You will come to know about there actual working style only after paying advance. They are so cheap that they will not refund the amount. They just show off. There is no single responsible person. A will tell B is responsible and B will tell C is responsible.

Please Dont fall into their trap. Initially they will promise that they will take care of everything related to the interior of the house but after taking money no one from their side comes for visiting the site for supervising the work. All dimensions of the modular are different from what are required at the site and upon questioning they will say that you have signed on the designs and should have checked the measurements. Whenever there is a problem they dont have any solution and will ask you to adjust.The first payment I did was in Feb 21 and till today that is sept 21 my work is not complete.Worst service .Pls dont believe them. Better to take services from local carpenter

Project started in Sep 2020 - full payment take in Nov 2020... its Feb 2021 and they have still not finished their tasks - SHAMEFUL Yash Kela does not even have the courtesy to respond on email.Very unprofessional team. They only speak to clients when money is due. Despite asking for a project plan multiple times, no one cares to share any information. Big mistake choosing them. From past 8 month they are not able to complete my project...very poor quality of work, they are taking month to rectify their mistakes, they are completely Non responsive, they will not connect with you for weeks...And they think best solution is to change the team on site, so earlier team will not need to take failure responsibility & enjoy.Arrivae Mumbai head of OPS & Mumbai head Escalation were just giving false commitment and failing timeline, they will never connect & just forget about others tem members.GM OPS seem doesnt care about Arrivae company...he too is so ignorant, not a single call picked up nor msg acknowledged. Company do not have action plan against their continous failure team, very casual approch. Every time they will allocate some new senior to team and he will buy months time. Your money will be taken 100% in advance months back & you will completely trapped, they will deny refund of their failure items.This company is not having professional at all, do not select them.

Initially everything was good, but things kept getting delayed and delayed qithout any clear communication. Team had no idea of the products available, shoddy work, no after sales service. We had to escalate matter to the owners without any effectiveness. Thankfully we only got 1 part of the house done from them. Chimney we took from them, fell on my cooktop wiithin one month of installation, couldve hurt someone, thankfully it didnt. They didnt put the correct screws in place apparently! So much for corporate interior designers! A basic carpenter wouldve done a better job than them

Absolutely pathetic service. Please dont go by the positive reviews which are 100% paid for. These guys promise certain timelines and service and what happens in the end is completely the opposite. A friend of mine has literally gone through mental torture following up with them. She had to actually follow up with at least 7 different people in Arrivae and outside (their appointed vendor) and despite that, ended up with an indefinite/unspecified timeline even after 3 months (still waiting) of paying booking amount! When promise was to deliver the project within 45-55 days.

Great design process and high degree of customisation. The delivery also happened on time, and with their warranty options, makes you comfortable with the purchase.

Extremely poor service. For sales even the owner was calling to offer special rates etc. After payment no ownership of work. All services are delayed. Every one is unavailable to take calls now. If they pick up they just makes one excuse after another. Regret the decision to give interior work to arrivae. Would never recommend them to any one.

Not even one business leader could take up responsibility and get things done. Do not consider them for any services. Initially everything goes on smoothly..once they recieved half of the payment.. their cost of everything increases.. no one answers calls or reverts msgs.. not professional at all.. thugs and frauds they are.. entire team.. we were dealing with Neha at andheri East branch.. also spoke to seniors.. vidhi and few more but no one answers calls.. call from unknown numbers and they pick up.. dont ever veer get anything done from them..its been 4 months we have paid our instalment but still the furniture isnt ready. We nust have spoken to 7-8 ppl.. no one gives answers.. no one answers calls.. each and every person asks to call someone else.. no one person is there to answer.. neha does our designing.. but when asked when shall we get our furniture she says ask Aayushi.. then ask Tushar.. n then next time some other person.. worst decision ever.. we got our kitchen made from a local architect in 7 days.. n they have taken 4 months n counting to make a bed and 2 wadrobes..

Arrivae has prices bit higher than local designers but you get quality product and design which is worth the price.

Screwed up our house totally and continue to do so.....pathetic quality!! Snags in all furniture; not a single room is done well. They take payment and then you can keep running after them for the rest of your life. DO NOT MAKE FULL PAYMENT!!Completely repenting our decision to go with Arrivae....beware!! The only good thing you get is the design. The vendors are not paid and they do a miserable job! I would give this a negative rating....escalation to the CEO doesnt help either.

No issues with quality of the furniture but the service is too too bad. I wouldnt have given a single star here but there was no option here to write the review then. IF you want to go with ARRIVAE then you must have PATIENCE, PATIENCE and PATIENCE because they commit you this and that in the start on the delivery and installation timelines which they forget when they onboard any client. So, their main focus of work is how to get the customer onboard, they will give you time and time, then when you sign the amount with them... BOOM.. big mistake...then you are stuck with them for months. Follow ups and Follow ups that is what me and my husband have been doing daily. Lies and Lies we have been hearing from each and every person from Arrivae when they do not have any proper reasons behind delays. And yes they are very very professional lol - they dont even respond to your calls, you keep calling them and they dont pick up and after 3 days they say that they are hospitalized. Since we have been with ARRIVAE, now we are used to this LIE, because when the times comes for their delivery of service, everyone gets hospitalized. Dont know about their service in Mumbai but Pune Arrivae service is pathetic. They expect us to follow their policy i.e. full advance payment before the delivery and what next? you keep following up with them for the furniture and they dont even give reason for the delay in the delivery of the furniture. Again So Professional.I will give them Minus 5 as the rating and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Its 4+ months no resolution. No one is even responding to messages. Roshini from your team had agreed to refund the amount paid within 15days as your team was not able deliver the product on 16Dec2020. I had even agreed for higher cost despite delays from your end. But your team, clearly refused to deliver the product and agreed to process the refund, whatsApp chats available. Now after nearly 4months, Roshini is refusing, she even agreed to refund, she is not even responding to calls or messages. Please beware of Arrivae, they cheat clients. They are nothing but painful experience and headache.TERRIBLE PAINFUL EXPERIENCE. Had ordered furniture on 11th of November despite full payment still not received the product. Getting lame excuses of drizzle, labour & wrong laminate pasted. The team(Shivani Sonawane & Jay Mehta) have not been coordinating with the vendor instead Ive been following up with their vendor when its the designers responsibility to do so. The vendor is rude, promises to deliver the product from Vasai to Chembur in an hour when asked How its possible replies with Not your business & ultimately does not deliver it & does not respond to calls. The designer had agreed to make the furniture in modular type with machine pressed laminates & now she says she had never agreed for modular furniture instead giving us carpenter made cheap furniture the chats are available on WhatsApp. ANYONE INTERESTED TO EXPERIENCE PAIN & MISERY EVERYDAY SHOULD VISIT AARIVAE!!!

Visited the experience centre and it really changed our perspective for the deisgns we had in our mind and we decided there itself that we would appoint arrivae for our home interiors. We were helped by yashashree & Piyush for getting our inputs and we are looking forward to the designs.

Would never recommend them to anyone. They do not keep up their timelines and the delivered products are also not as per the initial design specifications. As a matter of fact, I found their work to be quite shoddy. I did a mistake of opting for their services, but please learn from my mistake and opt for some other company/ person.

Work started in June 2020. All furniture were to be made on site. As per their commitment site was to handed over on 31st September. But till now, only the boxes of all the furniture has been made.At the time of finalizing the boq, we were told that all the material were sourced by their company.It then came to light, that the vendor was given the whole contract with the material to be sourced by him.As the vendor started complaining about not receiving due payments, the work on site was slowed down by the vendor with just 1 carpenter and 1 helper working on site since two months.The ordeal is such that, constant follow ups have to be taken to make sure the material is reaching the site.After having 10-12 meetings on site with the designer team, the vendor still doesnt have the clue about what needs to be done on site.Incurred loss on rent where I am currently residing, as well as maintenance fee that needs to be paid at the on going site.And if you can please escalate this matter to the owner/founder Mr. Yash kela, it would be great help.Please complete the site.Update 26/11/2020:As per promised, teak veener which is available at all plywood dealers has not been delivered to the site yet.Constant follow ups for a basic material. Reason given by the team is that the vendor cant source the quantity required. Please note that quantity is just 20sheets which is available even with a small dealer at DADAR.Now they are changing the PROJECT MANAGER(the one who will look after the whole project, but fails miserably).Its been a month so ce I wrote the initial post and the work progress is just 2%.

Worst experience! I had approached their Pune branch to get the interiors of my new house done.And below is my experience,1.The designers seem to be inexperienced. Not proactive in suggesting ideas. The customer has to keep suggesting them.2. The customer has to all the time run behind the staff. They will call and keep approaching you until you finalize the project with them. Once you pay them advance, they are least bothered.3. Too expensive! Basic level designing and prices are very high. Not worth the money.4. Staff/managers keep changing. So even if you have any issues you will have to everytime keep finding out whom to contact.5. I had a very bas experience with the designer assigned to me. I always had to run behind him, msg him,call him. And he was so ignorant enough to not pick our phone or reply to messages in timely manner.6. My advance payment money is still with them. I am no more interested in getting my house interiors done from such unprofessional, inexperienced people.Im trying to reach out to them, but not getting any response.This firm is surely not recommended! Horrible company/staff! We contacted Ms Divya, Ms Anusha & Mr Shreyans from pune arrivae for interiors. They took the requirement and never responded. The attitude of these employees in Arrivae is the most horrible attitude ever seen. Ms Divya acts like she owns the place. We always wondered if the company was good why do they get bad reviews and now we know why. It dosent surprise me now that arrivae has not done interior work in one single house in more than 5500 homes in Amanora.

We hired Arriave for our 1 bhk house in wadala .We started work in march but unfortunately due to lockdown the work was stalled for 3 months .Given the situation in June with still restrictions in place ,the team did a decent job in completing the work in a months time .What I liked most is the design on paper I approved very closely matched with the actual finished home .The quality of finish is quite nice and most importantly the team of designers on my project were extremely good .Thank you Jinal and Vidhi for the good work !!

Once you give your contract to Arrivae then you dont have about anything everything is handled by the very smoothly.

We are existing clients of Arrivae we are having the worst experience in getting our interiors done. They will firstly impress u with their designs and cleverly take all the money right in the beginning. And then they will show their real colours. They will commit for delivery within 60-80 days but the work will go on for months without any updates from them. They will keep pushing the dates of delivery and will never honour the dates. We have given a contract for a 2 bhk and we are stuck with them for nearly a year! Please dont go by this firm. You can get the work done better from local carpenters by hiring free lance designers. For evrybody who is looking at the positive reviews please judge yourself who do u think are writing real experiences and who are writing just to get the overall ratings getting balanced out.

Worst experience with Designer Mr.MURTAZA who never pick9up calls, never responds to any way we try to contact , behavior supported by company itself... no call back or response even after email, complaints with customer care and company directly. Customer care promises to arrange for call back from designer which not received till this moment. Morals understood is workers behavior is so may be as supported by firm itself. Personally putting this review so that people will think before making wrong decision of business with ARRIVAE. Total waste. People think and decide.
