It has a good range of products. However, shopping here was not a pleasant experience as definitely there was an air of arrogance among the staff members. It just makes one uncomfortable and repulsed.

The person at the billing counter in the store is rude and a complete turn off from the overall in store experience. Overall store is a good location with easy access, well staffed and have a good range of products. The staff isnt pushy and well informed.

Good staff.. clinique cleansing balm on online nykaa site it is available for rupees 890 and from store I got it for 1100 which is disappointing.

Had a very disappointing experience at Nykaa Powai outlet. They have a no touch policy due to covid given the current circumstances, however this has impacted the customer experience as the sales representative assigned to assist with your shopping was not at all keen to help understand the product offerings. He was interested to simply rush through with the billing and once I got back home, I realised that wrong shade of product was sold out to me. The staff & brand just tends to dictate their T&C with zero transparency to customers to understand the products. While we respect no touch policy but there should be an alternative & friendly approach to enhance the customer experience.

Nykaa powai outlet needs to really train the staff on handling customers. The person attending to me was totally disinterested and clueless about the product offerings, giving all vague answers. They definitely dont care about the client and were all busy chit chatting around, looked like my presence was disturbing them. I ended up buying a wrong product.

Highly unprofessional and pompous sales staff, their assistance comes with a tinge of arrogance. They give an impression which makes you feel that you are highly unwelcome in the store. The sales girl assisting me was just plain obnoxious. I was shown very few products, probably the ones which will give the sales girl best commission. No assistance was provided in the application of products. They wont even provide makeup remover after you have tested the product, I was provided with a single piece of dry tissue. Customer service at Nykaa is sub-standard. Never coming back here!

Worst experience ever with any Nykaa outlet. Staff is non courteous and not helpful. They just stare at you and roam around giving you confused looks. They just want to show you products on which probably their commission is high and simply disregard your preference or ask.Showing a simple thing as lipstick as well they look lost and confused. Have never seen such an in-experienced and non interested staff. Highly disappointed with their treatment and swearing never to return here again even when this is right here in my neighbourhood. Even after voicing my concerns they were just keen on signing off the bill rather than doing any damage control. Would any day chose sephora or like rather than Nykaa going forward.

The sales assistant was very rude and obnoxious. Not only she didnt assist us properly in the product that we were seeking but also went on to refute us. This is not the kind of experiance that we thought we would have ever from nykaa.I think you should evaluate the way you train your sales assiants.Never ever coming back here again!!!

Extremely rude staff, lack of basic manners while interacting with customers. careless behavior assuming as their brand is well known, store staff do not assist customer in correct manner.

The NYKAA store at Hiranandani Powai is open. The store is absolutely safe to visit, enforces social distancing and sanitizing of hands along with temperature check.Only two customers are allowed in the store at a time.Plus you are not permitted to touch any items. The executive with mask and gloves will help you to sample in a very safe and hygienic way.

Check out all the cosmetics you like online , you have easy access to check whatever product you like on Nykaa online .

I bought lipstick day before yesterday and the nykaa liquid lipstick and free lipstick is good for nothing please never buy nykaa lipstick, first and worst experience.The moment you touch to lipstick after applying it will directly place to finger like road wala lipstick.Liner was good no issue with liner.Moreover, I told to executive I want teddies one and one the which I borrowed but given same type.

Finally a Nykaa Luxe in powai! They have some super amazing luxe brands in the store along with friendly staff always ready to help you out! Their Friday makeovers are the best. Ive gotten my make-up done from MUA Anjali Sharma and Ive loved every look shes created on me! Highly recommend to go and check it out.

Went to nykaa luxe store at Powai today. Though the products and collection is very good but have to give low rating for very poor customer service. The staff assisting or “make up experts” there are very uptight and give you looks as if they don’t approve your presence in the store. They are very particular about picking up and trashing your used tissue, to an extent that they asked me to come back into the store just to pick it up once I was done paying. I have been regular to Sephora in India as well as in USA but what makes Sephora the best is the experience one gets when they visit them. Clearly nykaa needs to work on it.

I visited 2 times in this store to buy lipstick. But i feel very disappointed. They are so rude specially the sales girl they try to show u low by price or knowledge and make u uncomfortable and yeah they also improve yo pronounceiation. I just felt bad about that attitude. I ill not visit that store again better i buy online. Those sales girl are actually waste. Pathetic.. 😡😡😡
