I am trying to cover a organic review as per my experience:1) Good veriety to apparels, good for shopping all kinds of clothes for men, women & children.2) You can also check footwear, watches, makeup products.3) Customer care is good.4) There are lot of offers and sale.5) Checkout for Friday sale6) Card offers: Some offers like 10 percent off using major credit cards.7) Cash back offers: it offers 50% cashback sometime on purchase of 4000 or 6000. The amount is getting credited in customers future pay wallet. The drawback as per customer is that the cashback gets expired if not used.8) some cashback credited in lockdown even when malls were closed. As per customer care, the cashback will be added in recent months.

Shopping experience is good but during covid at cash counter only 2 counters open and despite asking for opening the cash counters there was no attention to it...

Most rubbish management and most irresponsible team of people including the manager..I was looted fromy credit card points when i went to the billing counter where the staff on duty misguided and took my points 52000/- against invoice of 13649/-..when i tried to contact the manager in customer care there was a irresponsible reply by the staff on duty..BE CAUTION...BiG DANAGER...

One of my favourite mall. If given a choice between malls, I would prefer Central Mall. Great choice of brands, most colourful and long lasting cloths also fulfilling current fashion trend makes it special and above all.It starts on first floor and it literally has huge space and every inch of it is used brilliantly.It is a complete gallery for shopping which you were looking for to fill up deficiency in your wardrobe. Starting from all sort of cloths, undergarments, bags, jewellery, shoes, belts etc etc is available that too in latest fashion.Central mall is the reason many times I visit Oberoi mall.Prices are affordable and service is polite and staff is always available to help you.A place to be visited again and again for colourful shopping.

Once upon a time it used to be a great shopping destination but it has lost its charm.Although they still offer high variety but quality of products are very cheap. And the worst part...its very expensive. U can get better and similar stuff at other shopping destinations.

All the brands under one roof. Prices are reasonable and there are good offers at times. Good music and good ambience. Cash counter is too slow and needs a whole lot of improvement.

All about clothing. Youll get here men and womens clothes for all occasions. On ground floor mens section and on first floor womens section. Some offers are good.

I want to the Central store in Oberoi Mall. It occupies two floors - one Mens and other Women. The variety of clothes is large and so are the brands on display. The staff is fairly courteous and eager to serve and sell. Presently the mid season sale is on. In this sale there are items that can be bought at a lower price once you shop above a certain amount. This is where I had a disappointment, as I wanted to buy the item Duffle Bag, which the store had put on display but didnt have to sell

Huge collection of clothing for every age group. Mens, Womens and kids collection is available also they have accessories as well. Just the thing is washrooms are horrible and parking is chargeable. Staff is supportive and understanding.Washrooms are terrible.

Central has revamped itself to compete with Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle... Very good range of clothing and footwear... Though Central is yet to bring in more wider range of perfumes, cosmetics, sunglasses and watches to compete neck to neck with counterparts...Future pay wallet cashback offers by Central are very tempting (and worth it) and reason to bring back its customers again and again...Happy Shopping...

Id love to applaud the after sales services of Central. Id purchased rainy wear from Tresmode and due to some reason the pair was extremely uncomfortable cuz it was causing me a lot of blisters on my foot. The customer service guys provided me a new pair of shoes as promised within 6 months warranty without much questions asked. Post that visited the place twice to purchase formal wear.

It has a well maintained staff and display to attract customer attention. There is a general discount at most of the brands. The billing service however needs improvement and speed.
