Plenty of place for parking. Near to bhandup station yet peaceful and have a privacy to live

There are two ways u can go1. Village road Usha nagar initial building are new ushanagar ..for this Usha complex u need to walk straight till the end then left walk abit at the end near that big gutter opposite to it u will see a big gate Usha complex2. Near pawar school exactly next to pawar school there is a road towards left straight road it will lead u to direct Usha complex.

Really nice society. 90 percent of Maharashtrian families lives here 10 percent other state families lives here but there is no discrimination of cast, states in this society everyone participates in each other festivals.this is what we want to spread across country

Residential area near to Bhandup West station. Its very difficult to get Auto riksha from this place. Ample of playing area Nice football ground near to complex. Public garden near this complex has open Gym. I liked this place. Two way entry points to this place Walking (15 mins ) from station is more convenient that taking Rick from station.

Near station. Very calm and peaceful society. I stayed there with bachelors.

A good place to live. Nice area, middle of the city, bus, train public transports available just within walkable distance.Pawar School and Dreams mall walking distance is less than 5 mins. Only issue is train noise as it is near to railway track otherwise super clam area.

Nice complex. But hard find physically. It will got direction on maps easily but physically takes some time.

Was searching for an apartment on rent. Highly recommended by the estate agent. Liked the locality. Looks a decent place

A well builted small town u can say! All u need is there in that complex.Playing Ground,Gardens,Parking Area,etc.....

It is easy to travel by bus or train.And easily connected to central and Western.
