Possession delayed and prices as usual exorbitant, I think such builders should not be allowed to construct, money stuck and you cant do anythingThey mention 1.3 online and then increase to 1.5 that too for under construction project, not delivered as committed, our politicians are so greedy in Maharashtra you cant trust any systemSra ki land free mein vote bank ko batte hai, tax payers always thwnones for suffer

The possession is getting delayed...extremely disappointing and dissatisfied.Sold the apartments saying possession will be in Aug 2021...then said due to lockdown possession will be in Dec 2021 and now the management is giving reasons of 40%less labour and possession if everything goes well then in March 2022....if anyone else has also faced this please ping me on FB.

This project came across as very lucrative and I would have fallen for this trap 2 years ago as it looks fantastic on paper. Today I am glad that I dint make that mistake as the developer is very unprofessional and so is there marketing team. They had involved Edelweiss as well for completion of the project however even that has fallen apart and now the project is hanging in an extremely bad shape. I used to always feel that I missed out on a great deal as they increased the price by 46L over night from 1.10L to 1.56 in a weeks time when Edelweiss took over. I have been getting calls from their marketing team and been very patient to explain them my experience. However one of the so called Managers called me right now and started preaching me about business dynamics, as I was introduced to him over the call by a telemarketer as Mr Manager I couldnt get his name. When I asked for his name, he refused to share that and asked me to visit the site and once I will go there he will vineet me if am a serious buyer. They are calling me in middle of the day and then when u try to give them a real picture they start humiliating. The team is absolutely unprofessional. Even the people who have booked the 2 BHK in the earlier days of the project in sub 90L bracket are regretting it. Since this looks like a great deal on paper with the kind of amenities, I would request you to reconsider if u r investing ur hard earned money as they dont have any clarity on completion date and u will be stuck. I am compelled to share my experience here because my only intent is to safeguard you from this scam, specially after my conversation with their Gumnaam Manager or may be the one who is too ashamed to share their name as they are part of a project which is not going to see the day of the light completely. All I remember is that this person was from Right channel group as claimed over the call. BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! They dont have the resources to finish the project. The same 2BHK configuration has been sold to different buyers between 90L to 1.56 cr depending on gulibility and naivety of the buyer in a span of 3-4 years while there hasnt been any much appreciation in the same location as its in midst of tabelas.

-There is no view for A and B wing as there is same height project Omkar tower coming, so very less light will come in house.-Other towers are still underconstruction very slowly, it may affect the almost ready towers.A and B are major flats have south facing and non -vastu compliant-From aabiel avenue I can see the project quality is not uptothemark

THIS BUILDER ALSO DEVELOP THE BESIDE THE SRA PROJECT OR NOT BECAUSE THERE ONE PERSON TELL ME ABOUT THAT BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT THE SITUATION

Perfect for residential purpose has its a prelaunch project has great connective.

This project was launched 2 years back. Till now zero development. However they claimed 2 years back that all inventory was sold out. If it was sold out that time then why there is a delay of 2 yrs? Moreover they change their statements so many time that I had cancelled my deal with them.

Very bad behaviour of the marketing person on the number given here..also calling here is not helpful..disconnecting calls on face even after requesting not to disconnect
