Very old construction,Needs redevelopment on priority.Rest,Rooms are spacious.Compound area between the buildings is large enough for kids to play as well as for parking.

For a decent priced house it is a great location. Only basic Kiran stores nearby. But close to local station (1 km) and highway (100m). Doctor clinics, local market and wine shop within 1 km radius

Good Descent Society, almost all the living members are elders.

Polluted and dusty, Surrounded by slum area highway and RCF plant. This place is in between chunnabhati and kurla railway station. Thats the only plus point. Also the State Travel Bus Terminal near by.
