Project is built by L&T for Ashish builder. There is big terrace garden with view of Creek. There are other amenities also which are on floor just after parking floors. All 4 towers have been covered for amenities and terrace garden and one foor for each is given, hence it is bigger. However we noticed that it is not very neat and clean.

Its good to be quarintined here! Probably can say easy to chk in and formalities are good! Doctors are good and cooperative but need bit better doctors! Routine chk ups done, regular hygienic food bf, lunch, dinner served with hi tea!! Rooms are good and provided with basic things!!

Tall and luxurious appartment but the flats are small .

Its a blessing to have a home from where u can see the rising sun, full moon....❤️ Blue sky, clouds ..... Blessing indeed.

Construction is good.. but entry bakwass.. therw entry from parking nly and no other entry..outside flat gallery is so dark.. no proper air or lights in gallery..more over budget wise decent in mira bhaynder..👍👍you will get 2BHK for 1.1 to 1.30 cr.in amenities there is a terrace garden, swimming pool, gym and club .. !!

Place is good but very expensive, much higher than market rate.Thanks for your response, but your rates are not according to the market rate its much higher no doubt you are providing good facility but still rates should be not so high, even your parking rates are 2lac higher than the market rate, all other project which have good market reputation charge 5lac for parking slot and that is the actual market price.

I think this place is great but it has some water issues.They doesnt provide MBMC water they give borings water.By the way the society is good enough...Ashish Rathod ! 😉

The drainage system is not good, due to this many times there is foul smell in your flat. Many drainage pipes are leaking, something needs to be done to fix this problem.

The flats could have been more spacious for the price offered in my opinion.Good location. Decent amenities.Liked the way how the terrace space is utilized wisely to make a walking track with plantation around, a party space and gives a scenic view of the city.

A very nice project from the L&T builders.All kinds of facilities and amenities are available for the residents who seek for a complete package before shifting to a new home!At present their is only one entrance between multiple wings, security is fine and maintained.

Samriddhi CHS located in Ramdevpark of Miraroad (east), It is 20 storey tower.Good society with all decent people out here.Samriddhi offers all the modern amenities to the people residing there provided with decent security personnel. Flats sizes are also huge over all experience is good.

I visited this Samriddhi property 5 month before. The dealer over there was blasted Deepak chaturvedi .Just a stupid guy.when we call him he used to say the flat is available for 91lakh .then we visited and he increased it to 98 lakh.in this way we visited there 5 times.he was not interested to sell the flats there.he is just there to do time pass.and he told once that u must not come with broker so that that money is in his pocket.in this way he spoiled all the sales there.behaviour was worst too.never go to that building

Just moved in at Samriddhi few weeks ago. The place is an absolute delight, located near Divine Mercy church. The place is quite far from the highway but on the brighter side has many connectivities. Its a 21 floor tower. Maybe the tallest in Mira Bhayandar rn. Place has an open terrace. 3 storey parking including the ground. While the P3 (podium) has all the amenities including swimming pool, sauna bath, kids play area, cafeteria, gym, library etc. Travelling is a bit tedious. But if you own a ride, this is the best place to live, away from the traffic and as peaceful as it can get.

Very good construction. Lovely spacious 2, 2.5, 3 bhk apartments. Very good amenities. Good complex with swimming pool, gym, jogging track, garden, children play area, amphitheatre. I really loved it.
