Good quality construction, spacious and well lit houses and well maintained society. Only issue might be lack of parking space, esply with everybody these days owning multiple vehicles.

Sainath Tower is a very good residential flat/apartments. I was been there once and people residing in the flats are very friendly and responsible.

There is easy access to Eastern Express high way. Best buses plying between Vashi, NAvi Mumbai and Mulund East have terminal nearby. Waman Rao Muranjan College College is located just opposite.
